HULL:

Built in 1992 by Colecraft, she has an elegant line as she glides through the water. Her original hull thickness was 8/5/4. Painted in Dark green with a light green coach line and cream roof. She has a glazed and painted cratch board. In 2014 she was grit blasted and metal sprayed then painted with 2 pac epoxy as well as having 4 anodes.

FIT OUT:

Lined out in oak with hardwood trim, her floor is laid to vinyl wood effect floor tiles. Some areas of the roof have been covered in a white melamine sheet.

SALOON (12ft 9”/3.9m)

The large open plan saloon is set to free standing furniture. (2 x folding futon style sofa beds). There is a morso squirrel stove in the one corner set on a tiled hearth, while on the other side is a corner cupboard and a set of open book shelves run down the side. (The morso squirrel stove is going to be replaced with a new stove whilst the boat is on the market)

GALLEY (7ft 10”/2.4m):

Continuing on from the saloon is the walk through galley with a large cupboard and drawer unit to one side with a worktop over. Opposite is the main part of the kitchen consisting of open shelves above and bespoke units below with a fridge and cooker, consisting of 4 rings an oven and grill.

DINETTE (5ft 5”/1.65m):

Beyond the galley is the dinette with storage below. It is upholstered in gold and cream material and converts to a double bed.
Beyond is a cupboard which housed the Alde boiler. (This has been removed and gas connections made safe.)

BATHROOM (5ft11”/1.8m):

The bathroom is in a side compartment, with a vanity unit, sea land traveller dump through toilet, vanity unit with hand basin, there is a small mirrored cabinet and a hip bath with shower over.

BEDROOM (8ft2”/2.5m):

In the rear cabin is the fixed double with storage under and a wardrobe at the foot of the bed, at the head is a shelf over with light.

ENGINE ROOM (4ft 7”/1.4m) & ELECTRICS

In the engine room under the steps is housed a Perkins D3 last serviced in 2022 with a PRM 160 D2 gearbox .There is 1 starter battery and 3 domestic batteries, a Victron 12/600 phoenix compact inverter charger, 2 x solar panels with MPPT controller.

Mooring equipment, 2 x Danforth Anchor (25kg),1 x life Ring, 12v Hair dryer, 12v Car Vacuum, some kitchen equipment, water hoses.
