HULL:

Built by Andi craft, for Calcutt boats this 50ft boat, has nice lines and offers a generous cruiser stern. She is painted in two tones of blue with a cream coach line and cream sign writing (last repainted 2019)

She was blacked in April 2023 the number of anodes is not known.

INTERNAL FIT OUT :

She is lined in oak finished ply and trimmed with Mahogony this theme is continued throughout the boat, there is a blue vinyl in the galley and bathroom and a blue carpet in the saloon and bedroom. This is a very versatile boat, small enough to go anywhere but big enough to accommodate friends and family when needed, the end bedroom gives nice privacy.

GALLEY/SINGLE DINETTE (9.5ft/2.9m)

Entrance from the rear cruiser deck is to the side and down a number of ladder style steps in to the galley. To the side are 2 storage cupboards. The galley is then laid to one side, under the window is the sink and drainer, then the hob and oven and fridge. Opposite is a single seat pullman style dinette. The table gives you a little extra work space in the galley, whilst it can be converted to a bed. And storage is provided under.

SALOON (11.15ft/3.4m):

The centre of the boat is occupied by the saloon, the main focal point being the morso stove set on a tiled hearth, with storage beside. The rest of the area is left for free standing furniture, in this case 2 futon style single chairs and a coffee table. Light comes in from the large window and a set of side doors on the other side can be used for light and ventilation.

Bathroom (6.23ft/1.9m)

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom, it comprises of a Porta Potti a large vanity unit with sink and a hip bath with shower over.

BEDROOM (7.87ft/2.4m):

Beyond the bathroom sits the main bedroom cabin, comprising of a fixed double bed which has storage under. At the foot of the bed is a full height wardrobe and also the steps leading out to the front deck.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the large rear deck is a BMC, 1860CC. She was last serviced in Jan 2023 she has a PRM 150 Gearbox and a grease lubricated stern gland. A land line connection.1 starter and 2 domestic batteries.

OTHER EQUIPMENT :

2 x13KG gas bottles, life ring, water hose with reel, mooring equipment, water exit ladder, jerry can, and cleaning equipment.
