Built in 1991 by Stoke On Trent Boat Builders. In 2021, she was surveyed and received minor rectification work also had 9 new anodes fitted, along with blacking. (She is booked in for blacking in Feb 2024) She is painted in dark blue with cream roof and handrails along with a cream coachline, she has hopper style windows.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 4” (1.95m)

Saloon (16.2ft/4.94m)

The large salon has new carpet tiles and is left for you to be able to select furniture of you choice, there is a large radiator and a Morso squirrel stove (new 2021). It is set on a small tiled hearth set in-between the windows thus creating a great focal point.

Galley (9.05ft/2.76m)

The galley flanks both sides of the boat, one side being set to storage with a wooden worktop over. The other side has units and draws, along with a Samsung washing machine and a free standing Hotpoint cooker with 4 burner hob, oven and grill (both new 2022). Under the window is set a black resin sink with drainer. The end of the galley is a tall shoreline fridge/Freezer (new 2022). Beyond becomes a corridor to pass the bathroom.

Bathroom (6.5ft/2m)

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom, consisting of a small bath with shower over, a sink set in a pine vanity unit and a porta Potti toilet. Under the window is a towel rail while the walls are painted and clad with vinyl tiles.

Bedroom (12.79ft/3.9m)

Consists of a fixed double bed with storage under. At the foot of the bed are pine cupboards with shelves and hanging space.

Storage Area (8.2ft/2.50m)

This final space has been used for storage as well as steps to the rear deck and the hot water tank along with the electrics. It could be altered to crate a workshop, office or even an additional sleeping space.

Engine Room & Electrics

Under the rear trad deck is a Barrus shire 45 with a declared running hours of 6545, she is scheduled in for a service Jan 2024. She comes with a Barrus gearbox.
Power on the boat can be suppled by many different sources, a 50amp alternator with 1 starter and 4 x 6v traction batteries, she also has a land line with galvanic isolator and battery charger. Alternatively you can use the 3kw engine generator or the 4 x 100w solar panels with a controller.
Collectively these give you all possibilities to generate power regardless of weather you are in a marina or out cruising.

Heating on the boat is from a diesel heater and 3 radiators as well as a Solid Fuel stove.

2 x 6kg gas bottles, water hose with reel, mooring equipment.
