HULL:

Originally built in 1989 she received hull over-plating in 2009. She was last surveyed in June 2023 when she also received new blacking.
She has a 50gal water tank and  50gal fuel tank.
She is painted with a green roof,  with green panels,  maroon sides & upstands, with cream coach lines.  She has brass mushroom vents an equipment rack and black finished aluminium top-hopper windows.  Her cruiser stern has a steel taff rail & timber cross-wise bench and her open bow has a cover over.

Galley (7.4ft/2.24m):

Entrance from the stern is in to the walk-through galley to one side of the ladder steps are cloaks/storage cupboard on the other there is a wall mounted microwave under which is a large worktop covered with a wood grain effect melamine worktop. Underneath are white painted cupboards, drawers & open shelves along with a fridge master 12V fridge. On the other side is a large s/steel sink & drainer with a separate filtered water supply and a Stoves white enamelled floor-standing gas oven, grill & 4-burner hob.

Saloon (7.8ft/2.40m):

Leading on from the galley is the saloon which comprises of and L shaped banquet seat and free standing fold-down table.  Opposite set in the corner on a grey tiled hearth is a solid fuel stove.

Bathroom (3.9ft/1.20m excluding shower):

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom, it has a hip bath with thermostatic mixer shower above, opposite is a wooden shelf with a round counter top sink and  a Dometic gravity pump-out toilet. The bathroom is painted in an attractive grey and white colour scheme and a stylish wall mirror hangs above the basin and toilet.

Bedroom (9.8ft/3m):

In the final cabin before the bow there is a fixed double bed with drawers under at the head of the bed is an overhead shelf  with reading lights. While at the foot of the bed is a  Large wardrobe and  the Alde gas boiler in housing.  There are two partially glazed doors which lead out on to the front well deck, at the side is a Counter-height pine chest again with wooden top.

Engine Room & Electrics:

Under the cruiser deck is a Beta Marine 38HP diesel engine last serviced in September 2023 and a PRM gearbox.   For power there is a shore line connection with a Newmax battery charger  1 starter, and 3 leisure batteries along with a sterling Pro power Q inverter.  Heating is provided by Gas central heating to 3 radiators and a solid fuel stove.
