 HULL:

Built in 1991 this 36ft trad was originally built in 10/6/4 steel and is painted in dark blue with a red name panel and red handrails, her roof is grey and has a pigeon box. It was last blacked in 2020.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 4” (1.93m)

FIT OUT:

Insulated in polystyrene she is fitted out in pine which I believe to have been treated to give a white effect, she has quite a Scandinavian feel, with her red curtains. Her floor is laid to carpet.

SALOON (9ft7”/2.92m):

Through the partially glazed wooden doors the are two steps down in to the saloon on the one side a solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth and to the other a cupboard with the tv on top.  The rest of the  large saloon has two large single seats upholstered in cream. These make 2 single bunks at night.

GALLEY (6ft11”/2.1m):

The galley kitchen is a continuation with the 4 ring gas hob with oven and grill below to one side followed by a floor to ceiling cupboard, opposite and the sink and fridge on the other, there are a number of bespoke cupboards and drawers on with sides and a crockery holder which creates and attractive display.

BATHROOM (5ft 7”/1.7m):

Set in a compartment is the bathroom comprising a macerator toilet a corner vanity unit with sink and a shower, the walls are covered in a sparkle white wet walling.

ENGINE ROOM (3ft 10”/ 1.15m)& ELECTRICS

The engine room houses a Lister engine last serviced in 2021 with a PRM150 gearbox. There is a land line connection with galvanic isolator and battery charger.  She has 1 starter and 3 leisure batteries.

There is an Alde gas boiler heating 2 radiators and providing hot water along with the S/F stove.

2 x 13kg , life ring, water hose with reel, maps and guides, kitchen inventory, mooring equipment.
