HULL:

Built in 2007 by Northwich boats, this boat has been cared for by the same owner throughout her life. She was originally built of 10/6/5/4mm steel, in 2019 and had a new rudder cup and swan neck, at this time she was also blacked and has 6 anodes in total 3 on each side.

She is painted in two tones of blue and has a red handrail with matching sign writing.

Height to Cabin Centre 6.6ft (2.03m)

Fit Out :

She is insulated and lined in a light oak veneer with light oak trims, the floor is laid to carpet with a wood floor in the galley. The curtains are a self patterned light cream.

Saloon (18ft/5.5m):

The large saloon area is set to free standing furniture, having a double sofa bed and two free standing chairs. The front doors are wooden partially glazed with steps leading down in to the saloon, flanked by two tall storage cupboards. There is a solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth to one side and a storage cupboard on the other with small open shelves adjacent. Large windows and the high ceiling add to the spacious feel of this boat.

Galley (7.54ft/2.3m):

The compact U shaped galley contains a stainless steel sink with drainer. A stoves cooker with 4 ring hob and a 12V LEC fridge. There is plumbing for a washing machine if required, there are a number of bespoke base units and drawers with a cream worktop and tiled cream and blue splash back, on the bulkhead wall is a glazed cabinet with hooks below for utensils and pots. While on the side wall is another small cupboard for cups etc. in the corridor beyond the galley is a floor to ceiling storage cupboard, which could be used for food storage or extra storage for clothing. On the other side are a set of side doors, with a pull down fly screen type blind.

Bathroom (3.6ft/1.10m, excluding shower) :

Contains a vetus macerator toilet, a large shower lined with a wet wall type material and a vanity unit with handbasin. There is a porthole and an extractor fan.

Bedroom (8.69ft/2.65m) :

Entered through a door is the bedroom it has a fixed double berth with storage below and a shelf above with reading lights. At the end of the bed is a full height mirrored cupboard to one side and two smaller units on the other which again reach the ceiling. There is a curtain before the steps which contain the engine, these large steps are flanked by storage cupboards on the one side.

Engine Room & Electrics:

The engine room houses a beta 38 engine with a declared running hours of 3000h (last serviced June 23) it has a newage 120D2 gearbox and a water lubricated stern gland. For power there is a land line, a 3kw inverter and a power master engine run super alternator with an output of 3KW, she has 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries.

Heating and hot water are provided by a diesel heater with radiators along with the separate S/F stove.
