HULL:

Last blacked in April 2018, she has 4 anodes last replaced in 2014. She is painted in dark green with cream coachlines and a maroon handrail. She has a cratch cover at the front and an open cruiser deck at the rear with curved taff rail with wooden top.

FIT OUT:

Insulated with fire proof polystyrene and lined in Koto tongue and groove. The floor is laid to carpet throughout with vinyl in the galley.

SALOON (9ft 6”/2.9m):

As you come down the single step to the one side is the Coalbrookdale gas room stove set on a tiled hearth with wooden surround. On the other is a corner unit housing the TV with DVD player and a radio cassette. Above is a glazed unit, the remainder of the saloon has a free standing L shaped sofa bed. Good light comes from the large windows and the Houdini hatch.

GALLEY (8ft/2.45m):

Separated from the saloon by a breakfast bar with glazed cupboards over, is the galley. Set to a “U” shape is the Vanette oven with grill and 4 burner gas hob, a microwave oven with grill, shoreline 12v fridge and 1 & 1/2 bowl sink under the window, with a tiled splashback. There are a number of bespoke cupboards and laminated cream worktop. A lift up flap provides extra work space, while under the side doors is a narrow storage cupboard with worktop.

BATHROOM (5ft 5” /1.70m):

The side bathroom comprises of a small bath with shower over, a dump through toilet with tank and an additional Thetford Pota Potti, a vanity unit with basin and tiled splash back, with mirrored cupboard above. The walls of the bathroom are lined in cream vinyl.

BEDROOM (7ft 5”/2.30m):

A fixed double bed which pulls out in to the corridor to create a Queen size bed. At the head is a upholstered headboard cupboard above with reading lights. While at the foot is a small hanging cupboard, both sides of the bed have wall mounted shelves, and under the bed are a number of drawers. Block steps lead out to the rear deck.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS:

Under the rear deck is a beta marine BV 1505 believed to be 38 HP with a declared running hours of 3,200. It has a Hurth HBW125 gearbox with a grease type stern gland.

On the electrical side she has 1 starter and 2 domestic batteries, each with dedicated battery chargers along with a land line connection and a 1kw sterling inverter. There is a small additional 300w Pure sine inverter.

Heating is provided by a diesel boiler with radiators and a calorifier, along with an immersion heater

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13kg , life ring, 2 x water hose with reel, 2 x Life jackets, 2 x solar panels with Solar charge controller,2 rechargeable hoovers 1 upright and 1 handheld. Maps and guides, kitchen inventory, cushions for front deck seats.
