HULL:

Built by floating homes this cruiser stern boat was built of 10/6/3 steel. She is painted in dark green with the last repaint being 5 years ago, she was last blacked in September 2020 and has 4 anodes fitted. She has a well proportioned front and rear deck.

FIT OUT:

Fitted out in ply which has been painted cream on the walls and the ceiling. The floor is laid to lino and carpet tiles.

BEDROOM (7ft 10”/2.4m )

Entrance from the rear deck is on the side of the back bulkhead and has a couple of steps down. There is a full height wardrobe and a fixed double berth with storage under and a shelf over with reading lights. Next is a sizable bathroom

BATHROOM (5.7ft/1.7m):

The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with curtain a porta Potti toilet and a vanity unit with sink, above is a cabinet with mirror.

GALLEY (6.39ft/1.95m):

The compact L shaped galley has a built in oven with grill a vanette hob, a enamel small cream sink with drainer and a 12v fridge. There are a number of bespoke cupboards underneath painted in cream gloss and decorated with roses. There is an open shelf above.

SALOON (8.03ft/2.45m):

The saloon is ready to accept free standing furniture it has a solid fuel Boatman stove in the one corner by the door and a built in unit in the other.

BACK DECK OVER ENGINE (5.74ft/ 1.75m)& ELECTRICS

Under the rear deck boards is a Beta Marina engine with declared running hours of 4815, she was last serviced in 2002, she has a land line connection and a single 240v outlet, It has 1 starter and 2 domestic batteries.

2 x 13kg , life ring, water hose, mooring equipment.
