HULL:

Built in 2001 by Evans and Son.  This Semi Trad has some nice detailing especially on the bow, whilst the large semi trad area on the stern leaves plenty of room for all the crew. She is painted in dark green with a cream coachline.  There is a covered cratch to the bow and a flat cover for the rear deck. She was last blacked in 2017 when she had 4 anodes fitted.

FIT OUT:

Spray foam insulated, she is lined on the ceiling with white painted MDF whilst the sides and bulkheads are beech faced. The floor is laid to green carpet.

SALOON (10ft6”/3.25m):

Through the solid doors and down the steps in to the open plan saloon. Set to free standing furniture in the corner is a Becton Solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth whilst on the other side is a small open shelved cupboard. The rest of the area has free standing shelves and folding dining table.

GALLEY (9ft5”/2.05m):

The “L” shaped galley comprises of a tall unit housing the Smev gas Oven, and Microwave oven with grill, alongside is the undercounter fridge with a stainless steel sink and separate 4 burner gas hob, set in to a green marble effect worktop, with cream tiled splash back behind the sink and hob top. There are a number of drawers and cupboards below with wooden doors. At the end of the galley at the beginning of the corridor for the bathroom are a set of side doors.

BATHROOM (8ft11”/2.7m):

Entrance to the bathroom is through a set of double doors which are effectively in the middle of the bathroom. The bathroom comprises. A Thetford Cassette toilet (not fixed), a shower with curtain and cupboard beside.  Under the window is a basin on a pedestal whilst on the opposite wall are two large cupboards one with airing cupboard above and calorifier below, and the other housing the Alde gas boiler. The shower is clad in a wet wall whilst behind the basin are tiles.

BEDROOM (10ft/3.05m):

Moving in to the bedroom cabin.  It has a fixed double bed, with light over.  At the foot of the bed are two large wardrobes to the one side and a corner cupboard and then a full height cupboard opposite them as you exit the rear steps, on to the aft deck.

ENGINE ROOM (3ft 10”/ 1.15m)& ELECTRICS :

Under the semi trad deck is situated the Lister Petter CRK3 with a reported 39HP.  It is connected to a Crowther 22×14 high efficiency propeller through a PRM 260 gear box.  The inverter produces 1.8kw ,with a 40amp battery charger, 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries also with a land line connection and galvanic isolator.  Heating on the boat is by an Alde gas boiler with Radiators and the S/F stove.  (It is declared that the starter solenoid has an intermittent fault.)
