 HULL:

Built by Stoke on Trent Boat builders in 1992 she had an original thickness of 12/6/4 with a 150 gallon water tank and a 50 gallon diesel tank. The hull has had survey report carried out in 2019 and has subsequently been plated at the stern post with 2 x 2ft 6mm plates then grit blasted had molten zinc spray metal treatment and coated with two pack epoxy pitch, as well as the fitting of six new magnesium anodes.  The gas locker has also been re-plated in parts and also grit blasted and then painted in epoxy.  There is a stainless steel water tank.

The cabin sides are painted in a light green with a cream roof and there is a covered cratch in the bow with two seats on the stern.

BERTHS: 2/4 Berth.  Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3” (1.95m)

FIT OUT:

Spray foam insulated the ceiling and upper sides are lined in oak with hardwood trim whilst the lower sides and done in a MDF painted matchboard. The majority of the floor is laid to carpet tiles with vinyl on the kitchen and bathroom floor.

SALOON (9.6ft/2.93m):

The saloon in entered through two partially glazed stable style doors and down two steps to one side is a S/F stove (new 2017) set on a tiled hearth whilst to the other is a storage unit with book shelves above which is mounted the TV on a movable bracket.. The majority of the space is then set over to an “L” shape dinette with demountable table, it is covered in a floral material and converts to a double.

GALLEY (8ft/2.4m):

Divided from the saloon by a half height bulkhead is the “U” shaped galley. It has a cream sink with drainer set in a Formica worktop with bespoke units, to the side is a Shoreline 12v Fridge under the sink is a candy washing machine. There is a free standing Vannette 500 cooker with 4 ring hob, oven and grill, above which is a wall mounted cupboards with storage shelves and a utensil rack. Beyond the galley is a larder cupboard with lots of storage shelves there is a 2nd small fridge (Coolmatic CRX50 2106) also a hoover docking point.

BATHROOM  (6ft/1.8m):

Set to the side is the bathroom with side doors in the corridors. The bathroom is tiled and contains A small hip style bath with shower over, a Thetford cassette with 3 cassettes and a corner set vanity unit with cottage basin.

BEDROOM (9.6ft/2.93m):

Towards the stern of the boat is the extendable fixed double with headboard and shelf with reading lights over. At the foot of the bed is a wardrobe and drawer unit and a door in to the engine bay with porthole detailing.  She has portholes for light and privacy but a pigeon box in the roof gives extra light and allows for ventilation.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Has a 1992 Perkins MC42 last serviced in Dec 2020 with a PRM150D2 gearbox new in 2009, (please note there is a new hour meter but  a note of the original hours are in the boats log) The has a landline connection with galvanic isolator with 1 starter battery and 3 domestic batteries, there is an inverter with a 3kw output. Heating is provided by an Eberspacher diesel heater (New 2022) and radiators and the S/F stove.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13 kg gas bottles. Mooring Equipment,  Water hose with reel, Anchor, a Dyson D6 Vacuum Cleaner, Water filter, Galley equipment. 3 x 60w solar panels charging the domestic and engine battery.  There is a Gold Cruising Licence which, upon purchase will be transferred to the new owner giving access to the whole system including the Thames for the remainder of this year.
