HULL:

Built in 2007 with an original steel thickness of 10/6/5/4mm. She is painted in dark red with a yellow coachline. At her bow is a glazed cratch & fitted cover. While the stern is a semi trad style with side lockers and a tonneau cover.

She was last blacked in April 2022.

FIT OUT :

She has solid light-oak strip-wood flooring with oak veneered ply lower sides. Her upper sides are oak veneered ply in the forward cabin and T & G in the bathroom and rear cabin. Throughout the boat is a T & G ceiling with beams across.

SALOON (15ft/4.6m):

Entrance from the front is down two step and in to the saloon, to one side is a Solid-fuel stove in tiled surround.  To the other is a corner cupboard with open self unit beyond. The remainder of the saloon has space for free standing furniture as well as an L shaped dinette with a beige patterned upholstery, it has storage under and converts to a double bed.  There is a choice of two tables, a small round one and a large rectangular dining table.

GALLEY (10ft 4”/3.15m):

From the saloon is the galley it has a polished cream granite tops & splashbacks with solid oak cupboards including swing-out & narrow slide-out larder units, drawers & open shelves under. On one side is a  Deep s/steel sink with drainage channels in granite top, a window provides plenty of light and open wall shelves offer handy storage. Against the back bulkhead is a fridge under the counter top, a large worktop space and a glazed wall-cupboard with shelf below.  While on the other side is a New world s/steel gas oven & grill, separate 4-burner hob. There is traditional roses and castles decorative panel  on the wall behind.  To the side is a set of side doors.

BATHROOM (7ft/2.15m):

Accessed by an obscure glazed door to side cabin the floor has Beige slate-effect vinyl floor.  There is a white ceramic circular basin set  on in full-width glass top with cupboard under.  There is a vetus macerator pump-out toilet above both is a large mirror.  Opposite there is a tiled shower cubicle with mixer shower, it has a mating obscure glazed door, this is next to a storage cupboard with open shelves above.  Under the porthole is a  S/steel curved towel radiator.

BEDROOM(10ft 6”/3.2m)

The final cabin has a fixed in-line double bed with a holding tank & storage drawers under. The full-height wardrobe is at one end with overhead lockers running the length of the bed, moving further back you then head up the back storage steps and out on the rear deck.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the rear deck is an Isuzu 42HP diesel engine and PRM150 gearbox. It has water-lubricated stern gland.

Power is provided by 110A & 80A alternators from the engine along with a shore connection which has a Galvanic isolator  and a  1200w inverter. She has 1 starter and 4  domestic, batteries.

Diesel-fired central heating to radiators and solid fuel stove.
