HULL:

This cruiser stern boat was built by Colecraft in 1988, under her current owners she has been regularly surveyed & maintained.  She was last surveyed in March 2022, and many of the recommendations were carried out, subsequently she was last blacked in May 2022 along with fitting 6 new anodes. She also had her gunwales painted & her gas locker de rusted & repainted.  Billy Jacks livery is green with cream coach lines & red handrails. She has a wooden fully glazed cratch & green cover on the front & a stern lower cover and tonneau on the rear.

BERTHS: 4 Berth

FIT OUT :

It is lined with polystyrene & rock wool & fitted out in oak panels, the floor is of engineered oak & stone effect. She was originally fitted out by valley cruisers but has been refitted by Braunston Marina & Owner. There are brass sockets some with USB and brass light switches

SALOON(9ft 3”/2.82M)

Entrance from the bow is down a step, to the one side is a cupboard & the other a Hamlet solid fuel stove new in 2020 set on a hearth. There are two free standing captains chairs with a small side table & opposite is a slim line cupboard housing a JVC –LED pop up smart tv, in the corner is a set of open corner bookshelves.

GALLEY (8ft3”/2.5m):

Leading on is the long L shaped galley, starting with the sink with a integrated drainer set in to the Grey flecked Corian worktop, under are a large number of cupboards & drawer units along with two wall cupboards all with soft close.  At the end is a Thetford 4 burner hob & a Thetford oven, both new in 2018. There is a matching upstand with decorative edge, whilst behind the sink is a picture wall panel, for extra big splashes. On the opposite side are another set of units housing the a fridge master 12v fridge & an attractive curved corner unit.

DINETTE (6ft3”/1.9m):

Through a sliding door in a separate compartment is a raised pullman dinette, it has storage under & cupboards set in to the wall, there are under gunwale lights in dining area.

BATHROOM (5ft5”/1.65m):

This partial wet room style bathroom has a walk in shower with half height door & curtain with an automatic waste pump. A Jabsco macerator toilet with a wall hung a vanity unit with Led mirror over, the light has an automatic extractor fan. The walls are cream & mottled cream wet walling, there is a large chrome towel rail.

BEDROOM (7ft8”/2.33m):

Through a door is access to the rear cabin, housing the fixed double it has a shallow cupboard opposite & a wardrobe at the foot of the bed, with a wall hung TV on it.  There is a bifold door leading to the utility area with steps to the stern.  On the other wall is a mirror & a number of sockets suitable for hairdryers etc. There are also under gunwale lights

Utility (1ft 1”/.57m):

This useful space offers a great barrier from the outside for the main cabin of the boat, it also houses all the electrical equipment  and engine controls to one side and the alde boiler and calorifier with airing cupboard above to the other.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the stern deck is a canal line 42HP engine with running hours of 835.7. it was last serviced in 2022, it has a PRM 150 gearbox with a water lubricated stern gland. Its electrical system consist of a 20amp battery charger, a 3kw inverter, a Victron battery management system, a landline connection with a galvanic isolator with 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries (Gel Type).

Heating is supplied by an Alde gas boiler with radiators, it is also supplemented by a heat exchanger connected to the engine, as well as the solid fuel stove.

OTHER EQUIPMENT: –

Solar panels. 2 x 13 kg gas bottles. Fire extinguishers, anchor, water hose with reel, Mooring equipment, level indicators on water, diesel and black water tanks, a touch screen heating controller which can be remotely operated. Wifi requires SIM card. Vacuum Cleaner, Custom made cushions for front cratch, Ecofan.
