Originally built by Peter Nicholls to a size of 41ft in 1993 and laterally extended by 14ft in 1999/2000 again by Peter Nicholls. She was last painted in 2017 by Dave Bishop in striking dark green with red and yellow coach lines and has a glazed wooden cratch with a green cover. She was last blacked in 2021 with 2 coats of blacking and has 10 anodes fitted. Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3” (1.94m)
Insulated with fireproof polystyrene and lined with Oak finished ply, she has carpet throughout.
Entrance to the saloon is through a side stable style door in to a very large open plan living/dining/kitchen area. As you enter there is an L shaped dinette, which will convert to a double bed and then a large area capable of accommodating free standing furniture with a new Morso Swift stove set on a tiled hearth set toward the centre of this area. Mounted under the gunwale is a Philips radio combined CD each side has long book shelves, which ends on the one side in a very large drop down table incorporated in a large storage cupboard. There is also a roof hatch and side doors for extra light and ventilation.
At the end of the living dining area is an L shaped kitchen consisting of a number of custom built floor units and a small wall unit, they are covered with a Formica work top with a Brown composite 1 &1/2 bowl sink with drainer, under is an inlander 2000 fridge (12v) at the end is a free standing Valor cooker with 4 rings, Grill and Oven.
The bathroom is set to one side and accessed through a door on one side is a hip bath with a curtained shower over. Opposite a Thetford cube portable toilet, and vanity unit with basin with tiled surround and mirror above.
Following on from the bathroom is a bedroom with a fixed double At the head of the bed is a shelf with reading lights mounted under and at the foot an over hanging cupboard with hanging space in. Under bed is 30l calorifier with immersion heater. At the rear is a stable style door leading to the engine room.
In comparison to other boats this has a roomy engine bay with good sixed steps to access the stern of the boat, under the deck boards is a Mitsubishi FMK installed in1993 last serviced 2021 with a reconditioned PRM Delta gearbox from 2019.
A landline with galvanic isolator and a 30amp battery charger with 1 starter and 3 domestic batteries managed by and Adverc battery management system.
