HULL:

Built in 1998 by venetian marine original thickness being 8/6/5/4, she is painted in dark blue with a red handrail and cream coach lines. Complemented by a grey roof.
She has a fully glazed cratch board with dark blue canvas and steel doors on the rear of the boat.  She was last blacked in October 2023.

Saloon (7.87ft/2.40m):

Entrance is from partially glazed wooden doors and down two step in to the saloon. To the one side is a tall wardrobe while on the other is a small solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth. The majority of the saloon comprises of an L shaped dinette with storage under and also the ability to convert to a double bed.

Galley (7.87ft/2.40m):

The boat has quite a large u shaped galley, with a number of bespoke cupboards, there is an open set of shelves dividing the galley and the saloon and on the aft bulkhead is a wall mounted cupboard under which is the free standing cooker, with oven and grill. Under the window is a stainless steel sink and drainer and there is a small 12 v fridge, with drawer above. Opposite the u shape is a large narrow double cupboard with work top. Beyond the galley towards the aft of the boat is a tall cupboard for extra storage.

Bathroom (5.5ft/1.70m):

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom it consists of a  corner shower with tiled walls and a curtain, it has a thermostatic mixer bar. A Thetford cassette and a large vanity unit with inset basin and mirror above.

Bedroom (6.2ft/1.92m) :

Consists of a fixed double bed an ornate wooden shelf over with reading lights. At the foot of the bed is a hanging cupboard. Beyond is a door for you to enter the engine room.

Engine Room & Electrics (3.6ft/1.10m):

There is a beta 3 cylinder 21 hp engine last serviced in August 2023, It had a new gearbox in 2022 and a standard grease type lubricated bearing. There is an alternator with 1 starter and 3 domestic batteries along with a land line with galvanic isolator, and an inverter.
There is also a Honda generator and 640w of solar panels with an eco-worthy solar monitor.

Heating is provided on the boat by a Webasto diesel heater with radiators and a s/f stove in the saloon.

Other Equipment :

Mooring Equipment, 1 x 13kg gas bottle, fire extinguishers and fire blanket, water hose with reel, hand held vacuum, Portable generator, Painted Buckby Can.
