HULL:

This lovely boat was built in 2004 by Colecraft, her livery is blue red and cream and she has a front cratch with blue cover and a rear cover also in matching blue. She has hopper style gold anodised windows with brass mushroom vents and pole and plank holder, her front cratch board is glazed and has a blue cover. She was last blacked in 2018 and has 6 anodes fitted

FIT OUT:

Spray foam insulated and lined out in oak with mahogany trim, the radiators are boxed to give a uniform look to the boat. The floor is laid mainly to carpet with tiles in the galley and bathroom.

SALOON (12ft/3.65m):

Entry is through stable style partially glazed stained glass doors and down a single step in to a light airy saloon housing two free standing captain’s chairs. In the corner is a Morso squirrel stove set on a tiled hearth, opposite is a floor to ceiling corner unit housing the tv. Along the side are narrow shelves these extend along the full length of the cabin.

GALLEY (6.5ft/2m):

Divided from the saloon by a curved half height bulkhead is the “u” shaped galley. Comprising of a vanette 4 ring hob with separate oven and grill, a sink and drainer. 12V Fridge. There are a number of under counter and wall mounted bespoke cupboards, with a green speck worktop and a tiled splash back. On the opposite side is a shallow cupboard and a set of side doors with glazed internal wooden doors. The is a roof hatch for additional light.

DINETTE (6.5ft/2m):

After the galley is a separate raised pullman style dinette, it is upholstered in a burnt orange floral pattern. This also converts to a double berth. Two large windows are on either side and there is a display cabinet built in to the wall on both sides behind the dinette with smoked glazed doors and glass shelves.

BATHROOM (6ft/1.85m):

The generous sized bathroom houses a quadrant fully glazed shower, a macerator toilet and a vanity unit with basin. The bathroom is tiled with white tiles with a blue boarder and a decorative fish panel in the shower.

BEDROOM (10.1ft/3.1m):

The bedroom comprises of a fixed double with cupboard above and drawers below. There is a dressing table style unit at the foot of the bed with drawers and a wall cupboard with a TV inside the cupboard.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the semi trad deck is a cocooned Beta 43HP with a hospital silencer with a PRM150 gearbox.
She has 1 starter and 6 domestic batteries a shoreline connection with galvanic isolator. She has a new 3kw inverter charger. A battery monitor unit. Hot water is provided by a calorifier which also has an immersion heater.

There is a Vetus 24V 55KGF bow thruster with 2 batteries.

She also has a diesel fired central heating system with radiators and a Morso solid fuel stove.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13 kg gas bottles. Mooring Equipment, self seeking satellite, bow and stern cushions, ash caddy, anchor, directors chairs.
