HULL:

Originally built out of 10/6/4 steel this cruiser style boat has a front cratch with cover and a rear open deck with Taff rail round and Sturdy hand rails along the top. She has a dark blue livery with cream coach lines and cream signwriting with Anodised hopper window frames.

FIT OUT:

Insulated with 50mm rockwool and lined in Sapele faced plywood, which has been painted in many places, the floor is laid to vinyl and the ceiling to vinyl faced 4mm WBP plywood in a cream mottled effect.

SALOON (11.28ft/3.44m):

The saloon is predominantly given over to a large L shaped dinette, which converts to a double berth. There is also a free standing table for dining. The front of the boat has a side entrance door with steps leading out and in the centre of the front is a Pip squeak stove set on a tiled hearth. To the other side are more built in units. Moving towards the stern and separated by a half height bulkhead with open shelves is the galley.

GALLEY (7.8ft/2.4m):

This walk though style galley has units on both sides, to the left are cupboards and a 12v Waco fridge, followed by a side hatch, while on the other is a Thetford Oven and grill with separate 4 ring hob. There is a stainless steel sink with drainer set in a black slate gloss worktop.

BATHROOM 6.3(ft /1.94m):

Accessed though a sliding door is the bathroom. It houses a Thetford cassette toilet with 2 cassettes. There is a large vanity unit with a black speckled worktop and white inset basin, with cupboards and drawers below. To one side is a small bath with shower over. The walls are clad with a PVC Type T & G boarding.

BEDROOM (8.8ft/2.7m):

Accessed though another sliding door is the bedroom comprising of a fixed double bed with doors under to storage space. There is an overhead shelf with reading lights. At the foot of the bed is a half height wardrobe, which also houses the electrics, it has drawers below . There are box steps leading to the rear door, the steps continue outside to the rear deck.

ENGINE ROOM (ft/m)& ELECTRICS

Under the cruiser desk is the Nani Kubota 4.150 connected to a Hurth HBW 100– 2R  (reconditioned in 2013). It has a grease lubricated stern gland. There is an 1kw stirling Inverter and a battery charger, a land line connection with galvanic isolator, 1 starter and 3 domestic batteries.
