HULL:

Originally constructed of 8/6/3 steel this little boat has an open bow and a square cruiser style stern, she was last blacked in 2019 and had a partial repaint in 2022. Her livery is light cream with a dark cream coach line she has a back band at the bottom and a red band lapping on to the roof at the top, the roof is dark grey.

FIT OUT:

She has a White T & G ceiling while her upper cabin sides are a duck egg blue and her lower sides are painted ply and wood effect lino. The floor is laid to Grey Carpet tiles.

SALOON & GALLEY (10.4ft/3.2m):

Entrance from the stern deck is down a number of steps in to the open cabin. Which has a light and airy feel partly due to the good ceiling height . The forward part of the boat is set to the salon, which has a large free standing sofa which converts to a bed. To one side of the front doors is a Hamlet solid fuel stove set on a blue and white tiled hearth, while on the other is a unit comprising of drawers and doors for storage, with a wall mounted TV above.

GALLEY (10.4ft/3.2m):

The galley area is towards the stern of the boat and is comprised of a single line of units, housing the oven and grill with a 3 burner hob, a fridge with separate small freezer a stainless steel sink with drainer, along with a number of bespoke cupboards painted in white.
Opposite is a set of open shelves and the bathroom compartment , whilst by the rear steps is a storage space, currently housing the bin, electric cable and other boat related items.

BATHROOM (5.2ft/1.6m):

Comprises of a shower with curtain and a vanity unit with large sink. The walls are covered with white wet wall and black and white mosaic tiles.

ENGINE ROOM (5.5ft/1.7m)& ELECTRICS

Under the cruiser deck is a Beta Marine engine 25HP with a ZF gearbox. She has a starter battery and 3 domestic batteries (under the back step) a 12v battery management system and a battery charger. She has a landline connection with galvanic isolator.

Heating is provided by a diesel fired Webasto warm air heater and a S/F stove.

2 x 3.9kg Gas , life ring, water hose with reel, maps and guides, mooring equipment, Trolley, bike rack.
