HULL:

Originally built for the holiday hire trade for the first 3 years of its life, its design of stern was brought in to give safety in still having side panels and space for relaxing and entertaining on those warm summer days, with ample seating for at least 4 on the stern deck which has been covered by a pram hood.. New 2021

Her livery is blue and cream with chrome mushroom vents and black double glazed windows. Although originally a hire boat it has been repurposed by her current owners in to a liveaboard a project which is in need of finishing.

She has a steel water tank of approx100 gal and a diesel tank of 40 Gallons

FIT OUT :

She has been spray foam insulated and lined out in ash faced ply with ash hardwood trim, many of the panels have then been painted. The floor is laid to LVT in the saloon and the bathroom have non slip vinal floors.

SALOON (13ft4”/4.08m) :

Entrance is down three steps and in to the saloon area. Each side of the entrance has a cupboard on capable of accommodating wet weather items the other housing the engine panel and a handy shelf for cruising map books etc. On the side is an attractive curved hearth with an Arrow solid fuel stove new in 2021. The rest of the area is left for your choice of free standing furniture.

GALLEY (19.6ft/6m):

The long galley is set down both sides of the boat, The units are dark blue and have a grey concrete design with a lightly rough surface texture effect top. They start off with attractive curved corner base units to one side is a narrow storage unit made up of cupboards and drawers and to the other is more storage along with the sink, a free standing gas cooker with 4 rings and separate grill at the end is a tall 12v fridge freezer followed by a washing machine. Beyond is an open area which currently houses a storage unit and a cupboard opposite.

BATHROOM (4ft 9“/1.5m):

This bathroom has been laid out as a wet room to give ample space, the floor has a special wet room system installed and is the covered with a water tight non slip vinal and the walls are covered with a wet wall panel in a beige marble, there is a large wall mounted shower with mixer tap and a macerator toilet with holding tanks and wall mounted vanity unity with mirror over and a 12v extractor fan with integrated light.

BEDROOM 2 (9ft/2.8m):

Set a the bow of the boat is a fixed double with storage under and an over bed locker with reading lights and head board. At the foot of the bed are two low level storage units. Doors lead out on to the bow.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the stern deck is a Beta 43 engine with a 150 gearbox, and twin alternators, above deck is mounted the stern greaser. (the engine runs but appears to be very Smokey.
It has a Victron multiplus 12/3000/120 inverter/charger (new 2021). With 1 starter battery New 2023)and 4 130ah AGM leisure batteries new in 2021. A shore line connector.
Heating is provided by a diesel fired boiler the living room has attractive grey radiators and a towel rail in the bathroom,
