HULL:

Originally built in 2000 this cruiser style boat has a large rear deck, covered with a pram hood, creating a large usable outside space no matter what the weather. The bow of the boat is enclosed which creates a large usable cabin space despite the overall length of the boat, she is painted in dark blue.  With cream panels and a red coach lines.  She has a dark blue bow and silver hopper style double glazed windows (new 2019) and chrome mushroom vents.

She was last blacked in October 2020 and has 4 anodes.

FIT OUT :

She has been spray foam insulated and lined out with Ash faced ply. Her floor is laid to tiles in the saloon and vinyl throughout the rest.  This compact reverse layout makes a great boat.

SALOON (8.8ft/2.70m):

Entrance is down a couple of steps, on your right is a number of shelves housing the radio and a display or TV shelf.  Below is a cupboard housing the electrics. On the left is a large wardrobe. The saloon area has a feature fireplace with attractive multicoloured tiles on which is set a Boatman stove (new 2022).

There is an arm chair and an Ottoman. Two large windows give a light and airy feel.

GALLEY (8.2ft/2.5m):

This U shaped galley provides you with all you require. There is a 4 burner gas hob with Thetford oven and grill below.  Under the window is a stainless steel sink and drainer with cupboards below, on the bulk head wall is a fridge under a section of worktop and wall mounted units provide storage and housing for the microwave. Opposite is a useful lift up flap providing extra work space.

BATHROOM (3.9ft/1.2m, excluding shower):

Has a hip bath with a shower over.  There is a large vanity unit housing the sink and a Mansfield traveller dump through toilet.

BEDROOM (10.4ft/3.20m):

In the bow of the boat is the bedroom which is a good size considering the length of the boat, as you enter to the right is a set of side doors while on the left  is a large wardrobe and the Alde boiler.  Under the bed is more storage in the form of a large drawer and some space ,set around the stainless steel water tank.  As the bed is in the bow of the boat it is king size in dimension although it tapers slightly towards the head.  Over the bed is a useful shelf and wall mounted reading lights.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

Under the stern deck is a Beta 35 marine engine (last serviced Dec 2019) with a  PRM delta 120 gearbox (reconditioned in 2021).  It has a stern greaser. She has a 2kw Victron inverter charger with 1 starter battery and 4 domestic batteries. On her roof are 4 rigid 100w solar panels fitted in 2022 with a MPPT 100/30 controller and a Victron BMV700 battery monitor.

Heating is provided by a gas fired boiler with radiators and the solid fuel stove.
