  HULL:

This cruiser style boat was built in 1991. She had a hull survey in 2023  and a new boat safety certificate which is valid until June 2027.  In October 2022 she was last blacked and in 2012 had 4 new anodes fitted.

Her livery is dark blue with yellow coach lines this was professionally repainted in 2003. She has a fully glazed cratch board at the front with blue cover and a stern tonneau cover to protect the cruiser stern.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 1” (186 m)

FIT OUT:

Spray foam insulated she is made of pine tongue and groove board on the ceiling and upper sides with ply below the gunwales, which have been painted white her floor is laid to lino. Her layout is bright and airy.

DINETTE (6ft 3”/1.94m):

Entrance is down steps outside from the cruiser stern in to the cabin on the left  you are immediately met by the pullman dinette on one side, whilst the other has under gunwale slim shelves. Before a corner waist height cupboard and a full height wardrobe, which also houses the Alde gas boiler.

GALLEY (4ft 1”/1.28m):

The galley is set down one side of the boat.  Starting with the cooker with 4 rings a grill and oven, then a double cupboard and fridge before the sink and with more units under, for the size of boat is has a very good sized galley. The cupboards are painted cream and the is a marble effect laminate worktop.

BATHROOM (7ft /1.82m):

Opposite the galley is the bathroom which is set along the boat opposite the galley. It is accessed by a door at one end. There is a dump through pump out toilet, a small wall mounted wash basin and then a small bath with shower attachment over.  The walls are clad in a green marbled effect wet walling and there is a huge amount of light from the two windows in the bathroom.

SALOON (9ft/2.75m):

The entrance to the saloon is flanked by cupboards.  On one side is waist height unit and the other floor to ceiling with hanging space. There are then two long banquet seats which can be used as singles or made in to one very large double 6ft x 6ft 10.There is a single step leading out though  the partially glazed door and in to the cratch.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS

Under the rear deck is a lister STW2M last serviced Feb 2022, it has a Hurth 10-2L gearbox with a standard grease lubricated stern gland. Shortwood has a very simple electric system with a single alternator, charging 1 starter and 2 domestic batteries with an Adverc battery management system.

For heating she has an Alde gas boiler with 4 radiators.
