This unusual boat has been with her current owners since conception and has travelled many U.K. and European waterways. She was constructed of 12mm/10mm base plate with 6/4 sides and roof. Painted in light grey, her bow has been partially enclosed with windows and a central glazed door, while her large square stern give plenty of space. She has double glazed hopper style windows. She was last painted in 2014 and blacked in 2021 and has 6 anodes. The water tank holds approx. 250 litres and was repainted in May/June 2023. Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 6” (1.96m)
Originally fitted in 1992 she was refitted in 2010 although the layout remains unchanged the interior has a more modern style and her electrics were largely replaced at this time. Her side walls have a white Formica finish and her uprights are done in red with dark green painted cupboard doors.
As I mentioned earlier nothing is standard on this boat and the living room is one of the main places where you feel this most. Her unusual entrance arrangement give you a sense of space while light floods in from every angle, even on the dullest of days. It is set mainly to free standing furniture with two chair beds. There is a wall mounted TV and two small units to either side of the entrance. In the far corner is a Morso stove set on a tiled hearth. While opposite is a folding table with chairs.
This galley is a cooks delight, it has a huge amount of storage with under counter and wall cupboards. Along with all the appliances, with a fridge, small freezer, built in microwave, oven and hob, as well as a washing machine (Not Working). It also has two good sized worktops. At the end of the galley are two floor to ceiling cupboards, one is fully shelved while the other houses the hot water tank and some high level shelves. Daylight come in by the use of some unique oval windows and two roof lights, both of which have fly screens.
Comprises a good sized shower with a new thermostatic mixer tap. A Vanity unit and sink with cupboard over and a macerator toilet.
This comprises of a fix double bed which extends to 7ft long with a small cupboard above the bed with reading lights. Under the bed also has some storage. Beyond are two full height double wardrobes, and then a number of other shelved and open cupboards in which to store items. Light in this wardrobe area is provided by a roof light.
There is a 1992 Beta Marine Engine which was reconditioned in 2017 she has a declared running hours of 7323and she has been serviced annually. It is connected to PRN160 Gearbox. She has a landline connection, a 3KW inverter with 1 starter battery, 4 domestic and 1 bow thruster. Heating on the boat is provided by a Mikuni MX40 with radiators along with the solid fuel stove (Please be advised the seller has tested the Mikuni which ran but due to its age it needs servicing, possibly replacing)
2 x 13kg gas bottles, life ring x 2 , anchor, Kitchen inventory, 60W/24V solar panel, many boat spares.
