HULL:

Built in 1992 by Colecraft this nicely proportioned boat has spent the previous years of her life in the hire trade. She was painted in 2019 with dark green with red handrails. She was surveyed in Dec 2022 and post any remedial work being carried out she was blacked and has 4 anodes fitted.

Height to Cabin Centre 6.13ft (1.87m)

FIT OUT:

She is insulated with polystyrene and her ceiling is lined in oak veneer. The walls are pine tongue and groove above the gunwale with oak veneer below. The floor is laid to carpet, with lino in the galley and bathroom.

SALOON (13.45ft/4.10m):

Entrance is down a step through two partially glazed wooden doors, either side has a window in the bulk head which provides good light.
The saloon is set to seating with a single banquet followed by an L shaped dinette. The L shape creates a double bed for sleeping whilst the other becomes a single bed. There are two tables which can be set up for eating depending on the size of the crew.

GALLEY (7.54ft/2.3m):

The compact galley has to the one side a sink and drainer with free standing cooker beyond. While on the other is a fridge with separate freezer compartment. There are a number of bespoke cupboards under the worktop, while at the end are a couple of floor to ceiling cupboards, which provide plenty of storage.

BATHROOM (5.4ft /1.65m):

The bathroom comprises of a small bath with shower over, a dump through toilet and a vanity unit with inset sink, behind the toilet and sink and around the bath is wet wall board.

BEDROOM (10.17ft/3.1m):

Comprises of a fixed double, with shelf above and storage below. At the foot of the bed are a number of floor to ceiling cupboards with space for clothes along with the Alde gas boiler there is an airing cupboard and a wet locker provides room for water proofs. Beyond these are the steps to central doors and hatch on to the rear deck.

ENGINE ELECTRICS :

Under the cruiser stern deck is a Isuzu 42 she was last serviced in Autumn 2022, it has a PRM 160 gearbox and a grease lubricated stern gland. There is 1 starter battery, and 4 domestic batteries, along an inverter with a 2kw output.

Heating is provided by an Alde boiler with radiators.
