HULL:

Built by Liverpool boats this 50ft Cruiser style boat is painted with black sides and a black roof, with a sliver coach line and chrome mushroom vents, she has black hopper style windows, she has an open bow and a cruiser stern with a cover for the cruiser stern.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 6” (2m)

FIT OUT:

Insulated with Celotex the ceiling and the upper sides are veneered panels. While the lower sides are in painted T and G. The floor is laid to engineered oak throughout the boat.
SALOON (8ft/2.4m): Entrance from the cruiser deck is down steps and in to the saloon. There is a cupboard and some coat hooks then there is an L shaped dinette upholstered in Grey fabric, opposite is a reflex diesel stove, beyond is a unit on which the tv is placed.

GALLEY (7.5ft/2.3m):

The L shaped galley has to one side a free standing cooker with grill and pan storage, next is a fridge with ice box, with a wood effect worktop above. There is a large decorative panel and splashback in grey. Opposite is a round stainless steel sink and drainer. Under the counter top is a number of cupboards and a drawer units in white. A cupboard hangs from the ceiling dividing the area to the raised dinette.

DINETTE (6.2ft/1.9m):

The raised pullman style dinette has a smoked glass table, the seats are again upholstered in a Grey fabric, with storage under. On the bulkhead behind the dinette has a large book rack. Opposite is a set of side doors.

BATHROOM (5ft 7”/1.7m, including shower):

The bathroom is predominantly covered in white marble effect cladding, while under the gunwale is stained tongue and groove. The shower is lined in the same way with a glazed door. Opposite is a pump out toilet, vanity unit with wood effect worktop and free standing round sink. Behind is a large wall mounted mirror.

BEDROOM (7.7ft/2.35m):

In the bow area of the boat is housed the bedroom which has been set out in to a large double, it can also be set to two singles, (which would allow access to the front doors) to the side of the entrance in to the bedroom is a narrow wardrobe with a Tv mounted on the wall with narrow shelves below.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS

Under the rear deck is a Vetus M4 15K. There is 1 Starter battery and 2 domestic batteries. She has a land line, with a battery charger and an 1800w inverter.

The calorifier has an immersion heater.

Heating is supplied by a diesel heater with radiators and a separate diesel reflex stove.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13kg , life ring, water hose, mooring equipment, ironing board & iron, washing line.
