HULL:

Built in 2006 this 38ft cruiser was originally built in 10/6/4 steel and is painted in black and Cream, her roof is cream and has sturdy handrails. She has a glazed cratch with a new cover in 2021. She was last blacked in Nov 2020.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 6” (1.97m)

FIT OUT:

Insulated she is fitted out in oak veneered plywood with solid oak posts and capping’s . She has double glazed large hopper windows. Her floor is laid to carpet. She had new upholstery and curtains in 2021.

GALLEY (5ft 6”/1.67m):

Entrance from the rear deck is down a number of steps and in to the galley with the 4 ring gas hob with oven and grill below to one side, opposite and the sink and fridge on the other, there are a number of bespoke cupboards and drawers.

SALOON/ Dinette (6ft3”/1.9m):

Beyond the galley is a shallow U shaped dinette, the seat is upholstered in cream with a large single leg table in front. This makes a double bunk at night. Opposite is a corner unit and a shelf running along under the gunnel, with radiator below.

BATHROOM (6ft 7”/2.8m):

Set in a compartment is the bathroom comprising a macerator toilet a corner vanity unit with sink. This can be used as a separate compartment or opened up to create a larger space. The shower cubicle is separate it has a glazed door and opens in to the saloon which would also a night be used as the bedroom.

SALOON (6ft 3”/1.9m):

Comprising two banquet seats running down either side of the boat, before the steps up to the front doors of the boat, this are again upholstered in cream and can be converted to a cross bed. There is a wall mounted TV and a cupboard for storage as well as storage under.

ENGINE & ELECTRICS (3ft 10”/ 1.15m)

Under the rear deck the engine bay houses a Barrus shire 35 HP engine last serviced in 2021 with a PRM150 gearbox. There is a land line connection to give 240v power onboard along with a 15a battery charger, There is 12v dc inverter for the television. She has 1 starter and 2 leisure batteries.

There is an diesel boiler heating 2 radiators and providing hot water.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13kg , mooring equipment, life ring, hose and reel . The remainder of the river and canal rescue membership will be also transferred.
