Built in 2004 this Northwich trader style boat was built by Barry Hawkins. The has all the hallmarks of this type of boat, imitation rivets, recessed panels, pigeon boxes and raised deck. Her exterior is in need of some TLC but to the right person this boat is a true gem. In 2022 she was blacked and had 4 new anodes fitted.

Spray foam insulated she is made of Tongue and groove board which is painted white in the main cabin, her engine room and boatman’s cabin are traditionally decorated in roses and castles.
Entrance from the raise deck is down a ladder style steps and into the main saloon area. Behind the steps is an opening which is under the front tug deck and houses a fixed double (6ft 7”/2m length) at the end is a light and access to the water tank in the bow. The main area of the saloon is set to free standing furniture, there is a morso squirrel stove set on a tiled hearth, opposite is a single dinette upholstered in a green fabric. Above is a set of side doors. Light in the saloon is provided though a number of portholes and two prism light block in the roof.
A continuation of the saloon is the galley with a Beko washing machine microwave and taylor stove to one side, and a Belfast sink at the end all sat under a solid oak block worktop. On the opposite side is an undercounter shoreline fridge freezer 24v. The cupboards are bespoke units and painted in dark green with dark green and yellow tiled splashback, and a stainless steel panel behind the cooker.
Comprising a small bath with telephone handset shower and tiled walls, a sink with cupboard below and a Thetford cassette toilet.
The engine room houses a Kelvin K2 serial number 23264 from 1947 rebuilt in 2004, she has a Kelvin gearbox and an electric start. It has a 24v battery system with 2 starter batteries a 24v battery charger and a smart gauge, she also has a landline with isolation transformer.
On the domestic side it has 12x2v domestic batteries and a 1.6kw inverter. Solar power has a MPPT 75/15 Victron smart solar controller, Victron 500a smart shunt and a Victron Cyrix-CT 12/24—120a battery combiner.
Heating is provided by a Webasto diesel heater located in the engine room and radiators also a S/F stove. The engine room is also painted white with side doors and roof hatches on both sides, and a pigeon box in the roof.
The traditionally decorated boatman’s cabin. Has all the things you would expect with a fold out bed and table, a range stove and wheel controls for the engine.
