HULL:

This boat is something a bit different…..Beautifully fitted out with a beechwood finish, she is a gas-free vessel with a stylish interior. Highlights include a Vetus Marine 8 KVA diesel generator, a dish washer and in addition to the fridge, an under-counter freezer too.

She has a galvanic isolator, 1 starter and 4 x 200Ah domestic batteries and hot water is supplied by either the 55 litre calorifier/immersion heater, the diesel-fired Ebersbacher or the engine. The hull is 2-pack epoxy treated and was last re-coated in September 2022, at which time 8 new anodes were fitted.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3”

SALOON: (11ft 0”)

Entering from the bow, we have a 4ft 3” long well deck under a cratch cover, glazed cratch board and bench seating with storage underneath. The tastefully styled saloon has two black leather Captain’s chairs opposite a bespoke wall unit with a drop down dining table, plenty of storage cupboards and drawers, a recessed Samsung Blu Ray entertainment centre and wall-mounted TV. This system is complemented by surround sound and a satellite receiver and dish. The plush blue carpeting and curtains contrast well against the beechwood timber and brushed aluminium fittings. In the corner on a tiled hearth is a Bubble solid fuel stove.

GALLEY: (7ft 6”)

Here we find a stainless steel sink and separate drainer, a Baumatic 3 plate electric hob, microwave oven, and under-counter fridge and separate under-counter freezer and a Zanussi compact dish washer. It is worth noting that there isn’t a stand-alone oven/grill but the microwave oven does have a grilling feature. There are plenty of cupboards and storage units below and above and a towel rail for added warmth and for drying tea towels, above which is a side hatch.

CABIN: (7ft 5”)

A cupboard unit separates the galley from the main cabin where we find a fixed double bed which features a small locker and handy charging station at the head and radiator opposite.

BATHROOM: (6ft 1”)

Attractively tiled in blue, the bathroom has a macerator pump out toilet, a corner fitted vanity with hand basin and storage cupboards, plus a shower over bath with glazed folding screen. There is a heated towel rail adjacent to the vanity unit.

UTILITY ROOM / OFFICE: (6ft 2”)

At the rear of the boat is a spacious and practical office with desk and office chair. The top of the desk is sized in such a way that if could be readily utilised as a single berth, if required. Opposite the desk is a cupboard housing the electrical components for easy access.

ENGINE ROOM AND ELECTRICS (3ft 8”)

The engine room with cupboards on either side primarily houses the ISUZU diesel engine which propels the boat, and the Vetus Marine 8 KVA diesel generator.
