HULL:

A cruiser style colecaft hull built in 2004 original plate thickness 10/6/4 painted in dark green, she was last blacked in 2021.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 5.5” (1.97m)

FIT OUT:

The roof is a laminated white board, while the sides on the top are wood and below the gunwale is carpet. The floor is laid to wood, carpet and vinyl tiles.

SALOON  (12.7ft/3.9m):

The area has previously been used as an office, it can however be used as a dining area or could be another seating area, as it has large glazed panels and glazed doors on to the rear deck. Either side of the steps are storage units.

GALLEY (7.87ft/2.4m):

This straight through galley has a wooden storage unit to one side while the other has a number of white fronted units with a black work top, an inset stainless steel sink and drainer. There is a free standing gas cooker with 4 rings and a free standing 12v fridge with ice box, in this area the upper walls are clad with the same white boarding as the roof.

SALOON (12.7ft/3.9m):

This second area houses the Morso stove, and a small free standing sofa. There are some large windows and a set of side doors.

Cabin/(9.5ft/2.9m) :

Ideal for 2nd bedroom or Office/work space.

BATHROOM (3.9ft ”/1.2m):

Has a curtained shower with mixer tap and an open shelved vanity unit with bowl on top. There is a space for a toilet of your choice.  Opposite are a set of side doors.

BEDROOM (8.2ft/2.5m):

Consisting of a fixed double bed on an open structure, there is a small shelf above . A large full width step allows access to the front doors and out to the bow.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS:

Under the cruiser stern is an Isuzu marine engine with a declared running hours of 7500, she was last serviced in February 2023. She has a PRM gear box and a grease lubricated stern glad.  She has a landline connection with a galvanic isolator, a Victron Multiplus compact inverter charger. There is 1 starter and 3 x 115 amp leisure batteries which were fitted new in April 2023.

Heating and hot water are supplied by an Eberspacher with radiators and a sperate Morso Solid fuel stove. There is a calorifier with an Immersion heater (only usable when on shore line)

There is a separate Beta Marine 6KVA generator

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13kg , life ring, life jacket, water hose with reel, maps and guides. 2 x solar panels with controller. Diesel cans
