HULL:

Built by Colecraft in 1995 with an original thicknesses: 10/6/4mm. She was last surveyed in 2018, she has a long raised foredeck in style of a tug. Painted “mushroom” vents, 2 solar panels and black finished aluminium top-hopper style windows with small portholes aft. She was last repainted 2016 with red roof & decks, dark grey sides, red lines. Decorated aft & forward doors. She was last blacked in 2019 and had 4 anodes.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 1” (1.85m)

FIT OUT:

There are ash ply panels to deckhead, upper & lower sides and fitted furniture with either matching or contrasting dark wood trims. Mottled multi-coloured cord carpet throughout except cork tiling in bathroom & galley. Lined, mainly maroon curtains plus window lace.

SALOON (11.8ft/3.6m):

From the tug deck, access is down the ladder style steps. There are two counter-height corner cupboards, above the one side is a glazed wall-cabinet while the other has open shelves. Beyond these set to one side is a brick and quarry-tiled hearth with a Morso solid-fuel stove beside which is a timber coal-box. The rest of the saloon is set to a sofa bed and a banquette sofa which has a fold-down timber dining table. Under the gunwale is a bookcase.

Access to under-foredeck storage is from behind the ladder steps, light come from the good sized windows while the unusual wall lights, are really unique pieces .

GALLEY(7.11ft/2.17m):

The large “U” shaped galley has beige-tiled worktops with ash-finished timber cupboards & drawers under. Under the window is a stainless steel sink & drainer and a Vanette GG7000 fitted gas oven & grill, separate 4-burner hob with glass lid.
To the one side is worktop with fridge under and a hanging cupboard with open shelves on the saloon side. On the aft bulkhead there is a cupboard with worktop above, on the wall is a small cupboard and open shelves with fiddle rail.
On the other side of the boat is a small cupboard with drawers above. There is a set of opening windows above it, for light and ventilation.

BATHROOM (3.2ft/1m excluding bath):

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom There is a bath with shower over with a tiled and curtained enclosure, a vanity unit with basin. Thetford “Porta-Potti” cassette toilet, above is a full-width mirrored wall cabinet with an extending shaving mirror.

BEDROOM (8.5ft/2.6m):

This comprises of a fixed double bed, with open storage under. Overhead is a cupboard & shelf with adjustable reading lights. Large double cupboard containing half-wardrobe, shelves & calorifier. Small dressing table unit with wall shelves & adjustable light over.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS (3.67ft/1.12m):

Lister Petter LPWS4A approx. 35HP diesel engine with a Delta 30 gearbox. Electric is provided by 1 starter, 4 domestic batteries with an Adverc battery management system a Mastervolt 12/1200 combination charger/inverter, with an 80A alternator from the engine or a 240V landline connection with Galvanic isolator.
Heating is provided by a diesel heating unit and radiators along with the S/F stove., there is a calorifier with immersion heater.
