HULL:

Built in 2004 by Alvechurch and fabricated from 10/6/4 steel, she has a well proportioned bow and trad stern. She has been surveyed prior to going on sale, was last blacked in 2023 and has a boat safety certificate valid until 2028. She was last re-painted in 2015.

INTERNAL FIT OUT:

The internal fit out is in oak-faced ply with the floors laid to carpet throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom which are linoleum. The water tank holds 540 litres and the diesel tank has a capacity of 180 litres.

WELL DECK (3ft 6”):

The newly re-furbished gas locker houses 2 x 13 kg gas cylinders. The well deck itself has a cratch cover over and the cratch board is glazed to provide both ample light and clear views of the canal ahead. The panels of the cratch board are also hinged so that they can be opened to increase air flow.

SALOON (15ft 6”):

There are 2 captains chairs with matching footstools, separated by a free-standing side table. On the one side of the entrance doors is a corner unit and shelving, plus a 19” Cello TV. On the opposite side of the doors is an Arrow 4 multi-fuel stove seated upon a tiled hearth, and more shelving below the gunwhales. There are 3 radiators along the length of the boat interior. Towards the galley, we find a folding dining table and 4 chairs.

GALLEY (9ft 4”):

The U-shaped galley is well equipped with a Vanette 4 burner hob, gas oven, Indesit washing machine, Shoreline fridge, Panasonic 800w micro-wave oven and wine rack. There is a suspended bulkhead cabinet providing both some separation of the galley from the saloon as well as additional storage space to add to the ample other galley storage cupboards. There is a side hatch with Perspex window and fly screen.

BATHROOM (6ft 6”):

The bathroom houses a curtained shower, Thetford toilet with 3 cassettes. The handbasin is set over a vanity unit and there is generous cupboard space. One of these houses the calorifier below and acts as a spacious airing cupboard above.

CABIN (9ft):

The rear cabin has a fixed double with storage underneath, at the foot of which is a spacious full-height wardrobe with shelves below and hanging space above. There are reading lights above the bed, a lovely side hatch on the opposite wall and a pigeon box for additional ventilation and light.

ENGINE ROOM (4FT):

The engine room houses the Isuzu 38 diesel engine which was lasted serviced in March 2024. The gearbox is a PRM 150, there is 1 starter battery (2024) and 4 domestics (2020).

ELECTRICS:

There is a 2,4kw Mastervolt inverter, battery charger and 2 x 100w solar panels with a MPPT controller. Hot water is supplied by the Alde gas boiler.
