NB Star

OVERVIEW:

NB Star was built in 2015, fitted out by the owner over the following year and has just had a full Post Construction Assessment. She is fitted out in pine T&G, has a 100 litre water tank, 100 litre diesel tank and a 15 litre capacity calorifier with immersion heater which is not connected at present, leaving the engine as the sole source of hot water. Head height on the boat is 6ft 6”.

CABIN (6ft 6”):

The cruiser stern leads down into the rear cabin via a set of wooden steps with storage beneath. The fixed double bed has a set of shelves overhead and a large storage area underneath.

GALLEY (5ft 3”):

The galley is located amidships on the starboard side, opposite the bathroom. The laminate worktop houses a stainless steel sink and draining board, beneath which is a storage cupboard and a Waeco 12v fridge. There is a Voyager 4500 gas oven and 2 hob burner with a pot drawer below.

TOILET (4 ft 0”):

Located on the port side of the boat and entered through a concertina door, the bathroom has a handbasin atop a vanity with cupboards and a Porta Potti cassette toilet.

SALOON (5ft 9”):

This area has 2 free-standing chairs with a small side table between them. There is a tiled hearth and roof collar in place but no heater installed, leaving this option open to the new buyer as to whether they want to install a solid fuel stove or a diesel Refleks heater. The saloon opens out through a single off-set door onto the well deck (2ft 7”) and the bow gas locker.

ENGINE & ELECTRICS:

The power unit is a Barrus 15hp diesel engine coupled to a PRM 80 gearbox. There is 1 starter and 2 leisure batteries, a single alternator but no invertor or shoreline connection. The gas locker contains 2 x 6kg gas cylinders.
