HULL:

Built in 2003 by Reeves and fitted out by Wharf House Narrowboats, she has had a repaint in February of 2022, This is painted in green and cream with red handrails and a name panel on the stern. She ahs a painted timber and glass cratch on the front with black canopy and a semi trad stern again with canopy. She has a cover over the side doors for extra weather protection. She has brass mushrooms and bronze colour windows and portholes. She was Blacked in Feb 2022 and has 6 anodes fitted.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 3” (1.92m)

FIT OUT:

Spray foamed and lined in ash finished ply with ash hardwood trim throughout the boat, her floor is carpet tiles and laminate, and she has red and gold curtains throughout, with a blinds in the galley and bathroom.

SALOON (12ft/3.6m)

Entrance from the bow is through double stable doors which are partially glazed. There is a large step down in to the saloon, to one side is the Bubble corner solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth and then two free standing captains chairs. Opposite is a built in unit running the full length of the saloon comprising of cupboards, shelves and a lift up table with folding chairs behind.

GALLEY (7ft/2.1m):

The galley comprises of a number of bespoke cupboards and drawers with a Green Formica worktop and decorative tiled splashback behind. There is an undercounter fridge a 4 ring hob and eye level oven and grill as well as a microwave. Light is provided by two large windows and a Houdini hatch.

BATHROOM (5.9ft/1.8m):

Accessed by a sliding door from the corridor is the bathroom, it has tiled walls done in blue and cream with decorative panels. There is a small bath with shower over and a macerator toilet with vanity unit to the side. It has a small custom built wall cupboards and a cupboard set in to the wall at the back of the toilet.
Beyond the bathroom is a large cupboard currently housing the vacuum cleaner.

BEDROOM (9ft/2.75m):

The rear bedroom consists of an extendable fixed double with cupboard over, at the foot of the bed is a small wardrobe and dressing table area with mirror above while the foot of the bed has a full height decorative panel protecting the bed from the side doors. Light is provided by two large portholes which also afford privacy along with the side doors with roof hatch.

REAR CABIN (5.6ft/1.68m):

The rear cabin is wonderful addition to this boat, it houses the washer dryer and a full size under counter freezer along with storage cupboards and useful shelves. There is also a nice control panel with gauges. Rear steps lead up on the semi trad deck with lockers and seats along with a storage locker for mooring equipment.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS

She has an electric bow thruster which again was serviced in 2022 Beta 43 engine last serviced Aug 21 with PRM 150 gearbox and standard lubricated stern gear.
Power if provided by a shore connection with galvanic isolator and HP Compact 4024 inverter, with 1 starter 6 domestic and 2 bow thruster batteries. Heat in the boat is provided by an Eberspaecher diesel heater and radiators along with the S/F bubble stove

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

mooring equipment, anchor, hose and reel, vacuum cleaner, fold up table, Steam iron and ironing board, inflatable single mattress.

Please be aware that the white goods have not been used for some time and therefore are stated as non working. The freshwater gauge 12v supply to hob and radio is not working along with some warning lights on engine panel.
