OVERVIEW

We are instructed by the executors of this deceased estate to sell this 35ft boat which was built by Chis Barney in 1973.

Prior to her going on the market she has been independently surveyed in May 2024 and the few minor issues which were identified have been attended to. From the survey, we know that she has some minor hull patch repairs with 5mm and 6mm steel. A new BSS was issued at the same time as the survey.

The exterior of the boat was repainted in red and dark blue colouring by Dave Bishop in 2017 and has a black front cratch cover covering a large well deck. The interior is definitely seeking some attention but with little effort could soon be made both serviceable and comfortable.

Pennywise is booked in to have her hull blacked and the engine serviced prior to sale. The engine is a running Sabb single cylinder engine.

It will be up to the purchaser to establish if all other systems are functioning correctly, as we have only very limited knowledge of the boat due to the nature of its sale.
