HULL:

Built with an original thickness of 10/6/3 this boat was built in 2000 and was professionally repainted in its current black and dark blue livery in 2019 along with new windows and portholes.She was last blacked in 2018 along with replacement anodes.

FIT OUT:

She is insulated with fireproof polystyrene and lined in wood, the floor is laid to blue carpet tiles and wood effect laminate.

SALOON (12ft/3.7m) :

Entrance is through partially glazed doors and down a single step to the on side are a number of small wooden shelves on the opposite side there is woodman solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth. On the one side there is a cupboard housing the tv and on the other is a banquet style seating with storage under, which converts to a double bed. There is a folding free standing table for dining.

GALLEY (9ft/2.75m):

The walkthrough galley has custom built cupboards with a cream Formica worktop and tiled splashback. To one side a kitchen sink with drainer under which is a concealed inlander 12v fridge and separate freezer. On the other is a vanette oven and grill and separate 4 burner gas hob. For light and ventilation there are two sets of side doors one on either side at opposite ends of the kitchen with storage steps a large window and a Houdini hatch.

BEDROOM (7.8ft/2.4m):

Comprising of a fixed double with cupboards over and reading lights and storage under. At the foot of the bed is a cupboard with access to the lower section through a side door and the upper section through two doors at the end of the bed.

BATHROOM (4.98ft/1.52m):

The bathroom comprises of a macerator toilet, vanity unit with sink and a small bath with shower attachment. The walls are partially tiled with white tiles with a decorative boarder, light and ventilation is provided by the port hole and a Houdini hatch.

BEDROOM 2 (5.7ft/1.74m):

Comprising of a cross Double/Large single (124cm/4ft) there is a corner shelf above, with a cupboard at the side with access to the lower section through a corridor side door and the upper section through two doors at the top which would be at the side of the bed. At the end is a door in to the engine room.

ENGINE ROOM (4.2ft/1.3m) & ELECTRICS

The engine room has A ThorneyCroft 108/2R engine with PRM 120 gearbox, it has 1 starter battery and four domestic batteries and one bow thruster battery, these are all boxed in and give good access to the rear doors.

There are radiators on the boat but the original gas boiler has been removed so there is currently no central heating.
