HULL:

This lovely little boat is constructed of 8/6/4 steel, she has a cruiser stern and an ample bow she is painted in a dark blue with cream coachlines, she has 4 anodes fitted in 2021 and was blacked in 2022.

FIT OUT:

Insulated with fireproof polystyrene and lined in oak.

SALOON (6.8ft/2.10m):

Entrance is through a side door and down two steps, to the side is a L shaped dinette with a table, it has storage under and is also capable of conversion to a bed. Under the gunwale opposite is mounted a tv and beyond is a Solid fuel stove set on a tiled hearth.

GALLEY (6.3ft/1.95m):

The open galley has a good amount of worktop space for the size of the boat and comprises a stainless steel sink and drainer with a vanette oven and grill with 4 burner hob there is an Electrolux fridge mounted under with custom built cupboards and shelves.

BATHROOM (3.6ft/1.10m):

Beyond the galley is a cross bathroom to make best use of the space. The toilet is in one compartment with a Thetford cassette and vanity unit with handbasin and the shower is in the other. They can be used separately or the doors can be opened and create one larger compartment.

BEDROOM (6.5ft/2m):

On the entrance in to the bedroom on either side the are cupboards with hanging space, the bedroom comprises of banquet seating which converts to a double cross bed, at the stern end are the steps on to the back deck and again two cupboards housing electrics.

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS

Under the back cruiser stern is a beta BD1005 (new in 2000) with running hours of 01347 and a PRM 150 D2 She has twin alternators, 1 starter battery and 2 domestic batteries. Hot water is provided by a calorifier from the engine there is a 1500w inverter with single sockets dotted throughout the boat.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

She has a large quantity of mooring equipment, a spare propeller, spare domestic alternator, full galley inventory, spare cassette, 2 x 13 gas, plus many other useful items.
