NB Honey B

HULL:

Honey B was built in 2004. She was last blacked in August 2022, at which time 8 anodes were also fitted. Blue panels on a green background with yellow coachlines create an appealing exterior. With a spotless engine bay, a generator, solar panels and washing machine, she is very well equipped for long-term cruising. A side hatch, hopper style windows and brass portholes at the rear let in lots of light to compliment the warm and inviting interior.

Height to Cabin Centre 6ft 5” (1.95m)

SALOON: (9ft 0” / 2,75m)

The saloon features carpet tiles which continue throughout the boat. There are 2 free-standing chairs, a 22” TV, a DVD/CD player, plus a Morso Squirrel multi-fuel stove. The front doors open onto the well deck (3ft 8” / 1,15m) with a cratch cover and wooden cratch board with opening glazed inserts.

DINETTE: (6ft 0” / 1,82m)

The adjacent Pullman dinette seats 4 and can be converted into a double berth.

GALLEY: (7ft 0” / 2,15m)

The U-shaped galley has tiled counter tops, a Vanette over/grill and 4 burnerhob. The Amica fridge with separate freezer compartment is situated under the counter top. With a large window above the counter and a side hatch on the opposite side, the kitchen is pleasantly airy and light.

BATHROOM: (6ft 4” / 1,95m)

Set in a side cabin is the bathroom, comprising a hip style bath with shower over, a vanity unit with inset sink and a pump out toilet.

CABIN: (10ft 6” / 3,2m)

A fixed double bed with storage under, a wall cupboard over with reading lights, at the foot of the bed is a large wardrobe unit. Opposite is a Beko 7kg washing machine and a door leading into the engine room.

Engine & Electrics

At the rear of the boat is a 6ft / 1,83m cruiser stern complete with pramhood, beneath which lies the Barrus Shire 40HP motor mated to a PRM 150 gearbox. There are 4 domestic and 1 starter batteries. The diesel-fired Ebersbacher supplies the 4 radiators on board.
