NB Fancy Free 52ft /15.85m

HULL:

Built by Reeves in 1997 this cruiser style boat was last painted in 2022. She has dark green sides with a cream coach line and cream roof with red handrails. She has extra large windows and a covered rear deck as well as a cratch at the fore-well with side-lockers and a fold down table. Glazed bulkheads & part-glazed timber doors to the Saloon. She was last blacked in 2020.

FIT OUT:

Fitted out at Aynho she is insulated with fireproof polystyrene and lined in Medium oak panelling & matching trim to deckhead & upper sides. Timber fitted furniture. Green carpeted lower sides, with Beige carpet throughout.
She has been adapted for a previous owner with mobility issues, thus she has an extra wide entrance at the rear and a very long slide hatch, she also has wider than normal corridors, which make the boat feel bigger than a standard boat.

SALOON (13ft”/3.9m):

Mainly open plan with a “Villager” solid-fuel stove set on a tiled hearth to one side, and a Corner cupboard to the other with dual voltage flat-screen TV /DVD. Beyond is an L-shaped green upholstered banquette seat with storage under it can be used as dinette with demountable timber table or converting to double bed.

GALLEY (7ft /2.1m):

Beyond is a small U-shaped galley with Beige laminate tops with a tiled splash-back. There are custom built timber cupboards & drawers under. Large s/steel sink & drainer to one side is a Vanette GG7000 gas oven & grill with a separate 4-burner hob and the other is a LEC 12V fridge with microwave and toaster above. To provide some division is a celling mounted cupboard whilst Opposite is a Side hatch with ladder steps.

BATHROOM (5.5ft /1.7m):

This unusual design in a side cabin which has wide double doors that open across gangway for an extra large space.
A Large, curtained shower-tray flush with floor to form a ‘wet room’. Wall-mounted shower unit. Vanity open unit with sink . ‘Traveller’ gravity (dump through) pump-out toilet behind which is a Large wall mirror.

BEDROOM (10.4ft/3.2m):

There is a fixed double bed, with overhead locker & bed-head lights. At the end of the bed is a large wardrobe and open storage cupboard. Removable steps to aft deck, through extra wide doors.

ENGINE & ELECTRICS

Under the rear deck is a Beta 43HP diesel engine with PRM gearbox. It has 96A & 56A alternators a 2Kw inverter with separate ‘High-Tech’ battery charger. Nobels 9HP electric bow thruster. 240V shore connection with galvanic isolator she has 1 starter, 3 domestic, 2 bow thruster batteries. Heating and hot water is provided by a Webasto diesel heating unit with 4 radiators and a twin coil calorifier.

OTHER EQUIPMENT:

2 x 13kg gas bottles, life ring, water hose, Fire extinguishers & blanket, mooring equipment, anchor, Vacuum cleaner. Stove Fan. Solar panels with controller.
