HULL:

Built and fitted out by G & J Reeves in 2004, this ex-hire boat is presented in good condition both inside and out and comes complete with linen, towels and kitchen utensils, literally ready to climb aboard and sail away. With a cruiser stern, 2 double cabins and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for guests and entertaining.

She has a 600 litre water tank, 225 litre diesel tank and was last blacked in July 2023. BSS to April 2025. The fitout is hardboard ceilings and ply sides and the floors are laid to Wooland polyester carpeting. The open well deck has a gas locker up front and bench seats down each side with useful storage beneath.

SALOON (10ft 0”):

The saloon originally had an L-shaped dinette in it but that has been removed and replaced with 2 Captains chairs and a folding table, giving versatility to this area. The large windows and full-length glazed front doors and side panels let in plenty of light and the radiator on the opposite wall provides warmth. There are 5 radiators in total on the boat. A wall-mounted 23” Toshiba TV is positioned on the port side of the saloon.

GALLEY (6ft 0”):

The well-appointed galley is open to the saloon and is well equipped with an acrylic sink and draining board, a gas oven and grill, a 4 four burner hob and fridge/freezer. Good use of the space is made with sufficient cupboards and shelves readily to hand.

BATHROOM 1 (4ft 0”):

The first of the two bathrooms has a corner-mounted hand basin atop a vanity unit with cupboards below and a mirror above, a pump out toilet, plus a very useful bank of open shelves.

BEDROOM 1 (8ft 0”):

Located amidships, this cabin features a 4 foot wide fixed double bed, full-height cupboard and full length mirror. For many people, this additional dedicated cabin will be a highly-prized asset not present on the majority of narrowboats.

BATHROOM 2 (6ft 0”):

Open shelving screens the shower cubicle with curtain surround. On the opposite wall is the vanity with hand basin and storage cupboards. There is a wall-mounted mirror and a radiator for warmth.

BEDROOM 2 (9ft 6”):

The rear cabin has a fixed double bed with a pull out section making it a very comfortable 5 foot wide berth. There is a small mirror and shelf above the head of the bed. At the aft end of the cabin are 2 generous clothing cupboards on the one side and an additional storage area opposite, as the aft steps lead up onto the cruiser stern. In addition, there is a wall-mounted hair dryer.

ENGINE ROOM (7ft 6”/ 2.3m)& ELECTRICS

Under the rear deck is an Isuzu 42hp diesel engine mated to a PRM 150 gearbox. There is 1 starter battery, 3 domestic batteries and a 2kw inverter.

Hot water is provided by either the 30 litre the calorifier and immersion heater, the diesel-fired Webasto or the engine.

2 x 13kg gas cylinders, mooring equipment, anchor, life ring, hose pipe, long handled hose brush.
