Built by colecraft in 1993 this is a very nice good sized boat. She has a bare metal strip and repaint to her dark green and cream livery, she has large windows at the front and brass portholes to the rear, she has cream coach lines with cream and green sign writing. Her bow contains the gas lockers and extra storage lockers, all covered with a cratch with black cover.
She has a steel water tank which houses a plastic bladder tank.

She has double part glazed stable doors leading in to the large open salon has storage cupboards either side of the entrance step the saloon has free standing furniture with a large sofa bed and a free standing chair as well as a folding table. The end of the saloon hosts the Morso swift stove replaced in 2019 set on a tiled hearth. There is a cello 12 v wall mounted tv with DVD player.
The galley has a Zanussi 12v fridge with an eye level vanette gas oven and separate 4 burner hob set on a tiled work top with a stainless steel sink and drainer. There are a number of storage cupboards and a good sized working area along with a side hatch for extra light and ventilation. In the corner is an alde gas boiler which is connected to the fin rad housed on the corridor side of the boat (condition of boiler and heating system unknown).
Contains two single bunks with a full height wardrobe and cupboard, this makes an ideal childs bedroom or could be converted to a utility room or an office space for those who wish to work afloat.
The compact bathroom has a hip bath with shower over and curtain across, there is a vacuflush toilet which goes to a holding tank which I am informed takes two people 3 weeks to fill ! The is a hand basin set in to a vanity unit, with storage below. The gas hot water boiler is positioned above and behind the toilet.
The master bedroom has a fixed double bed with some storage under, along with the toilet tank. Over the bead are two small lockers and reading lights. The foot of the bed has a full height hanging cupboard and beside is a set of drawers with a mirror over. There is a door to the engine room.
Set in a traditional stern is the engine there is a mermaid XLD attached to PRM gearbox with a standard grease lubricated stern gland. She has a landline connection with a galvanic isolator fitted, which is connected to the 240V sockets in the boat, there is an adverc battery management system, with 1 starter battery and 2 domestic batteries. Which can be charged with the Victron battery charger.
2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment. Water hose and reel. Anchor. Life Rings.
