Originally built in 1995 she was extended by 2m and partially refitted in 2017, this boat has remained in the hands of a single private owner since new. It was repainted in maroon and black livery with cream coachlines and grey roof in 2017. It has portholes throughout with a large covered cratch at the bow and a traditional stern. The bow well deck also houses a gas locker and a kerosene tank for the stove.
She has a plastic water tank of approx. 200l and a diesel tank of 180l.

She has been rockwool insulated and the extension is polystyrene and lined out with marine ply the floor is laid to grey laminate except in the wet room which has a sealed non slip floor.
Saloon (15.7ft/4.8m): The large saloon is entered down a single storage step the saloon is arranged to free standing furniture, comprising of a large storage stool a drawer unit and a sofa bed. The tv has been wall mounted and towards the rear of the saloon is a Bubble half pod stove fitted in 2020, she has a back boiler and radiators the stove is mounded on a black hearth and has a lilac and white tiled surround. There are recessed lights throughout and portholes provide natural light.
Galley (6.8ft/2.10m): The galley has a grey granite worktop with grey tile splash back, it has a fitted oven and grill with a separate 2 burner gas hob and inset stainless steel sink with drainer and a microwave oven. Under the counter are graphite grey high gloss units with a Russell Hobbs under counter fridge freezer. There is a wall mounted morco gas water heater, opposite is another counter top and storage cupboard as well as a plate rack and side opening doors. In the bow there is a Indesit combined washer dryer,
The bathroom is a wet room, the shower being enclosed by a wall hung glass folding panel, there are two white vanity units one of which holds the basin, above is an LED mirror the toilet is a cassette.
This large bedroom has masses of storage especially hanging space, opposite is a large cupboard there is a fixed double bed with a small locker overhead with reading light inset, at the foot of the bed is a small wall mounted tv, beyond the bed is a door to the engine room.
The engine room houses a 1975 SABB 2 Hg 18HP ENGINE with was reconditioned in 2012 it also has a SABB 2HG gearbox, it has a stern greaser with twin 70 amp alternators. She has a 2.5 kw Stirling inverter/charger a landline connection with a galvanic isolator a standalone 20amp battery charger and a Stirling battery management system. With 1 starter battery and 3 domestic batteries. There are many spare parts for the engine included in the sale. Steps lead out through the slide hatch and on to the back deck.
