Built in 1989 by clubline cruisers this 59ft Semi Trad boat was extended by 11ft to 70ft in 1996 she had an original steel thickness of 6 /3 she was last blacked 2018 and had 8 andoes in 2005 the seller declares. She was repainted in 2016 in a grey/green and dark blue, with sliver hopper style windows throughout.
Height to Cabin Centre 6ft (1.83m)
Insulated with rockwool and lined in pine tongue and groove with mahogany veneered panels and mahogany fixtures with dark oak wood flooring. Storage is not an issue in the boat with cupboards and drawers built in everywhere.
Entrance from the stern is down a number of steps and in to the very large saloon accommodating 3 cream swivel chairs, to the one side of the entrance is a solid fuel stove and the other a fitted cupboard with shelves above, housing the TV. On one side is a large unit housing the radio along with a number of shelves and wine bottle holders followed by a glazed slimline unit. On the other is a slim line bookcase.
Beyond the saloon is the pullman style dinette set to one side with a glazed slimline cupboard opposite and a set of side doors above.
Separated from the dinette by an eye level glazed cupboard mounted on decorative posts the follows a u shape galley comprising of custom built cupboards along with a fridge, a candy washing machine and a cooker with 4 rings, oven and grill. On the end bulkhead is a wall cupboard and shelf with mug hooks below. Under the window there is a stainless steel sink and drainer set in a marble worktop and splashback, on the opposite side is a unit with cupboards and drawers with a small worktop.
Accessed through a sliding door is the double bedroom at the foot of the bed is a floor to ceiling cupboard with drawers at the base under the bed are a number of storage drawers and over the bed is a couple of shelves with reading lights below.
Opposite the bathroom is a corner waist high cupboard. The door is set on an angle in to the bathroom which comprises of a shower and vanity unit with sink, the whole bathroom is tiled in a terracotta coloured marble tile. There is a porta potti toilet with spare cassettes.
The front cabin comprises of a single bunk with storage below and a short wardrobe at the foot of the bed, opposite is a tall cupboard and then a waist height unit with doors, before to exit the front doors up a small step.
Under the back deck is a Burrus Shire 45Hp engine fitted in 2013 and last serviced in Nov 2021 she has a declared running hours of 3018.5. It has a standard PRM gearbox and a grease lubricated stern gear. There is a landline with galvanic isolator, 1 starter and 5 domestic batteries. A battery management system from Steca and a Victron Multiplus 3kw/120amp Inverter/charger.
The solid fuel stove has a back boiler and can run the radiators however through a change over leaver the radiators can also be heated by the diesel heating, hot water can also be generated by an immersion heater.
2 x 13kg , life ring, Mooring equipment, anchor, water hose with reel, maps and guides, some kitchen inventory, vacuum cleaner & other boat related items.
