Built by Doug Moore of Riley Green in 1985, The craft is built on traditional narrowboat lines her original construction is of 8/6/4mm . She has a traditional boatman’s cabin and narrowboat engine room. Last out of water survey 2017. The Hull survey which was carried in October 2020 showed the hull needs extensive overplating below the water line.

Lined with Polystyrene and lined with Oak finished boards edged to create a panelled effect. Throughout the boat are a number of canal boat paintings on the walls and in cupboards.
The large open saloon has serval pieces of free standing furniture including a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs as you enter the boat there is a cupboard on which the TV is siting in the other corner set on a large hearth is the solid fuel Boatman's room stove with back boiler which though a pumped system supplies the radiators and towel rail. The ceiling has several small downlighters as well as wall mounted lights. Pretty cream and lace curtains frame the windows.
This walk though galley has a granite effect work top with an integrated 1 and 1/2 bowl sink, there is space for a fridge and opposite is a New statesman free standing full sized oven with grill. The hot water is provided by a morco gas heater in the kitchen.
The bathroom houses a small bath with shower over enclosed by a curtain It has a dometic cassette toilet and a vanity unit with basin, there is a vanity unit over.
She has a Ruston Hornsby YD MK2 from Circa late 1950’s which has subsequently been marinized with a David Brown Gearbox also been marinized, the starter motor has been rebuilt (2018) although there is a hand crank in case of emergencies. There is a calorifier (new 2019) which provides hot water when the engine is running also when the shore power is connected there is an immersion heater. There are two starter batteries and 4 domestic batteries. There is a new shore power connection and a 1000w inverter.
The traditional style boatman’s cabin has scumble glazed wooden panels with rose and castle details there is a solid fuel stove, banquette seating/ conversion with storage, & red upholstery, light wood effect flooring up two steps and though to the stern.
2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment. Water hose, trolley. Brass coal bucket, Electric Cable Solar panel output unknown.
Please note : The hull requires a full overplate below the water line and the engine although currently running will require attention in the near future.
