60ft Cruiser Style, 2002

This 60ft boat was built in 2002 by MCC and fitted out by MCC with an original hull thickness of 10/6/4 she has had a survey in September 2020 giving us up to date details on the condition. She was also blacked in September of 2020 along with having four new anodes fitted. She has a covered front cratch and an ever popular cruiser stern layout, she is painted in a dark blue with turquoise coach lines and sign writing with black windows at the front a portholes to the rear. The walls and ceiling have been painted in a white matt paint and the floors are covered with carpet and vinyl flooring.

Entrance though the front is through full sized glazed doors but on more careful examination the are an additional two opening doors which means the full front of the boat is able to be opened. There is a morso squirrel stove on the left set on a green tiled hearth on the opposite side is a coner cupboard with the tv set on top, the saloon houses two free standing arm chairs which covert in to single beds and a wall mounted storage cupboard. Behind the chairs is a breakfast bar area with two bar stools.
The galley is separated by a half bulkhead and a set of open shelves leading in to the “u” shaped galley area housing fitted 4 ring cooker with oven and grill a stainless steel sink and drainer and 240v fridge set in a black and grey melamine worktop on the opposite side is a set of shelves under the side doors, light and ventilation is also provided by the houdini hatch in the roof.
After the galley is a short corridor of which is the first of the bathrooms this one containing a Thetford cassette toilet and vanity basin unit, there is also a Bosch washing machine.
After is a single conversion bunk, which converts to a double and there are wall and floor mounted storage cupboards and drawers. A Houdini hatch for extra ventilation and two over bed reading lights.
The cabin continues though a door to a king-size crossover bed with a substantial wardrobe to the side with both hanging space and shelves. Above the bed is a large shelf and two of reading lights are mounted above the bed.
Then as you start to exit the boat is a final cabin houses a toilet and hand basin with a large enclosed shower cubicle with a glazed door and tiled walls the shower has a thermostatic mixer.
The engine panel and switch boards are housed as you exit the cabin via the steps to the side of the cabin. The engine is under the rear cruiser deck boards, she has a beta marine engine with a reported running hours of 6400 hours with a PRM 150 gearbox there are twin alternators and a 3.5kw travel power, a land line connection with 1 starter and 3 domestic batteries. There is a clarifier with immersion heater and an Victron 2000w inverter/charger. Central heating on the boat is provided by a webasto diesel heater and radiators as well as the solid fuel stove.
The boat equipment included are 2 x 13kg gas bottles, 3 fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment, a life ring water hose with reel, tv Ariel mounted on a pole, fire side tools, eco fan and two spare toilet cassettes along with the two currently installed.
