Built in 2004 and fitted out in 2006, the hull was made by Liverpool Boats and fitted out by the current owner. This semi trad boat is well known on the canals for selling a selection of welsh cheeses. Last blacked in 2018 and fitted with 4 anodes. She has a stainless steel water tank. She has a Vetus electric bow thruster and she has matching bow and stern covers. The large stern semi trad area has a central sliding hatch in which to access the boat.

Spray foam insulated and lined in ash faced ply and pine T&G. This boat has been used to run a business from, thus they have a number of areas of storage and a very useable office space as well as living accommodation.
This large boat gives you lots of scope to be able to create your own unique living space or to continue as a trader on the waterways.
You enter the boat down a number of steps and into a storage area/wardrobe area, which also houses the instrument panels and electrics for the boat, following on are 2 fixed single bunks with storage drawers below. There is a wall mounted TV and a DVD player.
Entrance is via a sliding door to the left is a tiled shower with curtain and a set of deep large shelves. To the right is a sealand dump through toilet and a large vanity unit with inset round vanity basin set in blue mosaic tiles. On the wall is a mirror and light. There is a morco hot water heater for a virtually limitless supply of hot water.
There is a fixed double curtained for privacy with storage under on the other side of the boat is a bank of storage units tucked under the gunnel, they are kept aired by the hot water pipes running through to a radiator which is set outside the bathroom and between the bedrooms.
On the left again after the bedroom is a handy work space with small desk and a wall mounted storage unit.
The walk though galley has a full sized belling gas oven, a 5 burner gas hob and two 12v fridges. It has a number of units with various pull out shelving units. The worktop is black mottled effect with a black mosaic splash back. There is an inset black sink and drainer. On the wall is a number of handy storage racks and a magnetic strip.
The saloon is separated from the galley by a half height bulkhead the saloon is quite large and at present houses a large table and a straight seating area. In the corner is a solid fuel stove a with a back boiler. Set on a tiled hearth.
It has an Isuzu 42 HP engine with a PRM150 gearbox, the owner reports engine hours of 2545 and that he has serviced it every 3-400 hours . It has twin alternators with a 3KW inverter. 2 x starter batteries and 6 domestic, 2 bow thruster batteries. She has solar panels on the roof also generating up to 20amps on a bright day.
2 x gas bottles, a carpet sweeper, 4 fire extinguishers, a fire blanket, a life ring and hose, plus spare fuel cans, a carbon monoxide alarm, weather station.
