Originally built by Colecraft in 1983 she last had an out of water survey in 2011, she then underwent some over plating In 2018 she was shot blasted and given 2 coats of 2 pack epoxy resin and it believed had 4 anodes fitted as well. She was last repainted in her green and cream livery in 2018 and 2019.
Height to Cabin Centre (6.2ft/1.90m)
We believe she is insulated on polystyrene and her ceiling is pine tongue and groove along with her upper sides, the lower sides are a mixture of cork tiles and carpet.
She was partially way through a refit when her current owner sadly passed away, they were quite clearly making her in to a reverse layout boat and had made most of the major structural changes to facilitate this, she is therefore a project for some one to complete as she is, or continue to remodel, but all the major elements are there.
Entrance is via a stable door and in to the saloon from the engine bay, the majority of the saloon is laid out to a pullman style dinette with a boatman stove (2019) set on a tiled hearth. The area requires some cosmetic finishing.
Divided from the saloon by a half height bulkhead and a glazed cupboard. Again constructed by the owner in 2019 this compact kitchen has a tiled worktop a stainless steel sink to one side with a fridge under (new 2019), beyond are a set of side doors and an open space. Opposite is a full sized floor standing cooker with oven/grill and 4 ring burner (new 2019) above are a set of side doors, again in need of finishing.
The majority of main bathroom structure is there with the bulkhead being in place around the shower try and the sink also being situated.
Set at the bow of the boat is the bed area with a double which can also be used as two singles, again this area is not completed.
The engine room is at the stern of the boat the engine being boxed in. The engine is a 1.5 BMC with a hydraulic Newage gearbox, she has 1 Starter and 2 domestic batteries with a Victron sinewave 1200w inverter.
Hot water is provided by a paloma gas water heater in the galley, heating is from a Propex gas warm air system (partially fitted) and the boatman solid fuel stove in the saloon.
We have not verified if any of the systems are working.
2x 13 kg gas bottles. Mooring Equipment, Solar panel with controller (output unknown) a quantity of tiles and other materials.
