This Dutch barge style boat has a good sized cruiser style deck with cover over made in the style of a Dutch barge cabin, she also has a bow cover. She has window and portholes with glass roof light in the lounge. Her livery is pale cream with light blue handrails and gunnel tops. She has a large 1500l water tank.
She was last surveyed in 2013 and was blacked in 2019 she has a total of 12 anodes.

Insulated with fire resistant polystyrene she is lined out in oak face ply with Sapele trim the roof is overlaid with melamine panels with oak trim. The floor is plywood with lino in the galley and bathroom, timber effect laminate in the lounge and carpet tiles in the bedroom.
Entrance to the boat is down a number of steps and through a door in to the galley area. On your left is a full size Caprice 2020 cooker with 4 rings and extractor hood. Set in to a set of white cupboards with Laminate specked worktop. On the other side is a shoreline fridge and Batts marine freezer and microwave oven. Along with a number of wall and floor cupboards.
The open plan saloon houses a grey bed settee with storage under (converts to a single bed), a tv point with 12v supply, in the corner is a bubble diesel stove on a hearth. There are a number of built in units for storage and a set of side doors along with a glazed roof light.
This spacious walk through bathroom has an attractive circular glass shower with thermostatic mixer valve, a vanity unit with storage under set beside a washing machine on the opposite side is a Thetford cassette toilet with spare cassette. The ceiling is clad in a black panel and the walls are white and pale blue.
The good size bedroom is in the bow of the boat and has a large window at the head of the bed, to the sides are portholes. At 57” wide this is a good sized double and at the head of the bed are storage shelves and reading lights. There is storage under the bed along with the fresh water tank and two good sized wardrobes are either side of the door giving hanging and shelf space.
The engine is accessed from the last step and the cruiser deck this cavernous bay houses the calorifier with immersion heater. A Barrus Shire 43 HP engine with PRM 150 gear box end the Webasto diesel heating system which supplies the radiators and towel rails. There is 1 starter and 4 domestic batteries with a sterling pro combi inverter charger There is a landline with galvanic isolator.
2x13kg gas bottles, 3 x fire extinguishers and a fire blanket, mooring equipment, an Anchor and life ring, water hose with reel. There is an external Wi-Fi aerial which is wired to the saloon and there are 4 x 120w solar panels with a MPPT controller.
