Originally built in 1971 by Rugby Boat Builders for Union Canal Carriers, she is Registered on the National Historic Ship Register.
She was restored by Brinklow Boats in October 2014 when she had her wooden cabins replace. The centre section housing the engine is steel.

She was last surveyed in 2022 and underwent substantial work at Warwickshire Fly Boats Including a new gas locker and new deck cants after this work she was re blacked and received 6 new anodes

During that year she also had a new plastic water tank, had her front cabin fitted with a galley style kitchen and shower and was repainted externally by her owner.

Galley (9.84ft/3m): Height to Cabin Centre 6.33ft (1.93m)

Entrance from the front deck is down a number of steps, set to one side are a number of bespoke units capped with an Oak worktop, inset is a single unit which contains a stainless steel sink and 2 burner hob. Beyond is a single shower with curtain inside is hidden a Porta Potti toilet. Before a door leads through to the engine room.

Engine Room & Electrics (5.97ft/1.82m):

In the engine room is a HB2 air cooled lister engine with a Blackstone gearbox. The engine can be hand started but also has an electric start. There are 2 domestic batteries and 1 starer battery with a split charge battery charger. There is also a solar panel ( output unknown) which is connected.

Hot water is provided by a separate Forcali water heater. Heating and cooking is provided by an Epping stove.

Back Cabin (9.35ft/2.85m): Height to Cabin Centre 5.6ft (1.72m)

This is a lovely example of a boatman’s cabin, it has an Epping stove, a drop down table and a traditional cross bed.

3x gas bottles, fire extinguishers and fire blanket, mooring and deck equipment.
