HULL: Built by GT boatbuilders in 1997 with original steel thickness of 10/6/4. refitted in 2011 this well loved boat has been re blacked and had 6 new anodes in Feb 2019 and had an engine service in November .
She has a stainless steel water tank and a large fore deck with seating round it. The fit out is light and airy with light coloured ceilings and a fuchsia pink panel; under the gunnel, this theme has been carried throughout the boat with tiles and co-ordinated soft furnishings and beige carpet. Height to cabin centre 6ft 5”
BERTHS: 2/4 Berth
SALOON: This very large saloon (approx 17ft) has two freestanding chairs with foot stools a glass and chrome nest of tables, to the side is a Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove and back boiler set on a decorative tiled surround. By the bow doors is a corner unit with TV/DVD over and the other side has a seagrass set of storage drawers. There is a lovely L shaped leather dinette which has a free standing table as well as the larger desmo leg table. There are ceiling mounted lights and a number of 12v and 240V sockets with brass plates.
GALLEY: Housing a Stainless steel sink a free standing cooker, a 12v fridge with ice box and a 700w microwave. Open shelves provide handy storage for glasses etc and utensils are hung on the wall. The units have cream fronts with chrome handles and grey Formica worktop with matching grey tiled splashback.
BATHROOM: the compact bathroom has a shower with glass door, a Mansfield traveller toilet with pumpout tank and a large vanity unit, with tiled splashback continuing the theme of the boat.
BEDROOM: has a fixed double with shelf above at the foot of the bed is a pull out wardrobe, it has porthole windows. A door leads to the engine room.
ENGINE AND ELECTRICS: This well organised engine room houses a BMC 1.8 last serviced in November 2019. She has 1 starter battery and two domestic batteries to the side is a cupboard housing all the electrics with an acorn kestrel battery management system. Galvanic isolator, circuit fuse board and battery master switches. It has an 1000w sterling inverter. She also has a programmable mikuni MX40 diesel heater with three radiators.
OTHER EQUIPMENT: This boat really does come fully equipped from the galley though to the engine room, there are lots of useful things which have been left. There is a Boat Pole, plank, mooring equipment, life ring, hose pipe and reel, anchor, fire extinguishers and fire blanket.
