Built by Colecraft in 1988 this traditional style boat has classic Colecraft lines, painted in dark blue with a white sign written panel. She has a large cratch to the front which was replaced in 2019 and has a great history from her current owner. Last blacked in 2022 , she had an original thickness of 10/6/4.

Fitted out in oak either as boards or Oak T and G and Mahogany beams she is insulated with fireproof polystyrene and has an oak effect flooring throughout.

SALOON (10.13ft/3.09m)

The open plan salon area is entered via a step, to one side is a solid fuel stove on a decorative tiled hearth the other has a small corner cupboard, the remainder of the area is given over to an “L” shaped dinette which also converts to a double bunk. There is also a free standing lift up table.

GALLEY (8.43ft/2.57m):

The galley area is slightly unusual having a breakfast bar style seating area against a wide worktop with lift up flap, this can also convert to a single bunk. The main area of the kitchen has a number of custom built cupboards with a black speckled Formica type worktop. There is a floor standing full sized cooker with 4 rings new (2011) and a 12v fridge which as also new in 2014, a s/s sink and drainer along with a number of wall units some of which are glazed. Opposite is a set of side doors with steps out. At the end of the galley is a tall cupboard.

The bathroom is almost of a wet room style consisting of a grey slate tiled floor with a shower drain area with a curtained shower tiled with mosaic tiles, set in the shower area is also a wall hung slim line sink with attractive mixer tap outside this area is a dump through style toilet sat on a new(2021) 125l holding tank and a shelf, under which is located a porta wash washing machine.
