HULL:

Built with an original thicknesses 10/6/4mm and last surveyed May 2016 and blacked spring 2020.

She has Steel ‘taff rail’ seats on cant-less aft deck. Small ’pram’ canopy. Roof handrails. Brass mushroom vents. Aluminium top-hopper windows, brass portholes aft. She is painted with maroon roof & sides and has cream coach lines.

FIT OUT:

Varnished pine T&G upper sides and roof with light oak veneered ply panels to lower sides. Carpet in saloon and wood-effect vinyl flooring aft. The windows have Yellow curtains and blue blinds in the galley.

SALOON (9.8ft/3m) :

Entrance from the front is down free standing step, to the side is an Upholstered banquette seat with storage under, usable as dinette with a large demountable table. It has corner shelves and a radio/CD with TV/DVD above. At the end is a wardrobe next to is an Alde gas boiler. For light there are adjustable wall-lamps and switched ceiling lamps. There is also a wall clock and Wall mirror and fold up table/seat.

BATHROOM (4ft/1.20m):

Moving further to the rear of the boat, set in a side cabin is the bathroom, it has. Textured beige tile-effect vinyl wall covering a Curtained shower tray Worktop, cupboard under. Dometic “dump through “ pump-out toilet.

GALLEY (6.3ft/1.95m):

To the rear of the boat is the galley style kitchen It has light cream melamine worktop with custom built simple wood cupboards below, To one side there is a small 2 burner cooker with oven set in work top, further to the rear is an open wardrobe for coats On the other is a stainless steel sink and a 12v fridge with ice box. To the rear are large box steps covering the engine and leading up out of the boat above the engine are cupboards .

ENGINE ROOM & ELECTRICS :

At the stern is a Vetus 3.10 3-cyl 25HP diesel engine (25HP) with Hurth HBW gearbox, it has a declared running hours of 06999.
It has 1 starter and 2 domestic batteries with a Sterling alternator booster and a Solar panel with Victron Cyrix controller, there is also a Stirling Pro power Sine wave inverter producing 600w.
In the cupboard at the rear is also the Calorifier.
Heating on the boat is provided by Gas central heating and 2 radiators
