Built by Mike Heywood in 1991 this 50ft boat had an original hull thickness of 10/6/4 and she has been recently surveyed for the previous owner in October 2020, she has subsequently been fitted with new anodes (10 in total) and re-blacked.
She is painted in a dark green and cream livery (2001) and has a glazed cratch to the bow. She has hopper style windows and a set of side doors and recessed panels at the rear. Fuel tank is 40 Gal approx. with a hand pump to the day tank in the engine room.
This is a lovely homely boat. Height to Cabin Centre 6.5ft (2m)
She is insulated with polystyrene and fitted out in Oak with mahogany trim, she has carpets throughout. She has nice wall lights and in the roof are banks of led downlighters. There are a good number of 240 sockets throughout the boat.
Entrance is down a number of step and in to the saloon. To the one side she Has a cupboard, on the top of which is a TV which is linked to a Caro vision satellite dish. There is video recorder and a radio /cd player, the other corner has a hearth ready to receive a stove of your choice. There are two comfortable free standing captains chairs with foot stools and a futon single chair, along with a nest of tables.
The large walkthrough galley has a red tiled worktop with inset sink and drainer, with a Valor cooker with Vanette 4 ring burner oven and grill. There is a shoreline fridge and a range of under counter custom built cupboards giving plenty of storage.
Has a bath with shower over, with a tiled surround. a dump through toilet with s/steel tank, next to the toilet is a small vanity unit with basin. Opposite are a set of side doors.
Has a fixed double with a wardrobe at the foot of the bed. Over the bed is a small cupboard with reading light under and beneath the bed are a number of drawers.
Houses a Ruston Hornsby 2YWA with a Wurth Gearbox, and a single alternator output unknown. She has a standard stern and greaser. She has a twin exhaust system which allow you to choose if you want to put the exhaust through the roof or through the side. There is a landline with galvanic isolator, inverter charger. The Alde gas boiler does not work and is beyond repair but there are radiators and pipework in position.
